Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool, However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met. Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops , Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights . So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patong

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The food and drinks were outstanding, with breakfast offering a fantastic variety to accommodate different dietary restrictions. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area, which featured fresh, warm towels and comfortable loungers perfect for reading or napping. Both the view and the facilities were fine. However, the service at the front office was totally terrible! We booked 2 twin bedrooms for 3nights. However, they told us to stay in a double bed room and check in again tomorrow. The staff first told us that we should do so without explaining or understanding the situation. We didn't want to take the inconvenience, so we talked to the manager next to her. But she said there was no other way because the hotel was full, and if you don't want to change, you can cancel the reservation and go to another hotel. Is this what the MANAGER would say? The service staff laughed at us next to see us talking to the manager Overall, there was no service training for the staff. They said they would check out the next day and move our luggage to a new room. But it wasn't done at all. Totally we did our self. When I check in again, another staff gave us two completely different room keys (it seemed like they didn't take a handover about the situation). I don’t want to visit again or recommend it to anyone. The staff telling us that to ‘come here and get your keys’ as if they were dealing with their subordinates. In the breakfast restaurant, all customers' plates are stacked, but there were no working. Overall, education on service is required

The hotel is perfectly located, a 10-minute walk from Bangla Road, so you can have some peace and quiet or go all-out at your leisure. Plenty of food options at your footsteps, and plenty along the way to Bangla. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, and the service quite good as well. But the facilities were n maintenance and the pool, while clean and comfy, had the bar unattended, so there was no option to have a drink or a bite, that shortens the pool time significantly. The Wi-Fi was slow by today's standard, but it worked for email, browsing, and short video watching. Overall, a great choice to stay!

Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

Good location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to taxi's and tuk tuks right outside the hotel. Hotel is ”tired ” looking - several areas in need of repair around the pool (damaged tiles etc) jacuzzi didn't work. The shower in the room was shocking. Very low pressure and temperature changed from hot to cold throughout the shower. The glass door also wasn't long enough so the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. Room very basic however clean enough. Lighting in the room was too low also which made the room seem rather dark. Robes,slippers and toiletries all provided and kept full throughout stay. More a 3 star resort than 4 in current condition

Although the variety is not very rich, there are both Chinese and Western styles. Everything is delicious, very friendly to the elderly and children, not greasy or spicy, and the most important thing is that there is no language barrier. The staff can communicate in Chinese. I chose this place without hesitation for the next few days. Five-star recommendation. If you want to save worry and effort, you have to choose a hotel opened by our Chinese.

The Chinese boss is very kind, the boss lady is warm and beautiful, and I instantly felt safe in a foreign country. Overall is good. Food and staff are nice. Facilities are well maintained. However the housekeeping is required for an improvement. We completed an online survey pre check in including the choice of the bedding. We asked for a duvet with satin cover (one of the options), however, the size of duvet is much bigger than the duvet. It looks weird….
