"The Holiday Inn Express Pyeongchang is truly remarkable among all the Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed at. Judging by the decor and room size alone, it's a member of the Indigo brand, perhaps due to its location in the small county of Pyeongchang. The service was exceptional. Upon check-in, I casually asked if there was sparkling water as a welcome drink and was told no. The hotel actually made me a special drink and sent it to my room. I was so touched. The breakfast was also very generous, and the quality of the dishes was exceptional, far superior to other Holiday Inn Express hotels."

"The temporary room booked exceeded expectations, the lobby was simple and atmospheric, the front desk service was thoughtful, and there were intelligent robots to send items. The daughter liked it very much. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a direct drinking machine, the bathroom was dry and wet, the oversized sink was very convenient, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I will continue to stay next time, recommended"

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the response is very fast, the price is really nothing to say in the small county, the first choice for travel accommodation, stay here next time!"

"Decent Hotel in a small town. Cleaniness could be improved as bedsheets were not changed even upon request (our toddler stained the sheets a little). Bed is super soft althought i prefer a firmer bed. Good thing is room has no smoke smell, which is rare in china hotels. Generally one of the better hotel to stay if you are an international traveller."

"The environment room and service are very satisfactory. There are a few shortcomings that need to be improved. The hot water problem at night caused four rooms to have no hot water, and the water was yellow. It was a bit embarrassing that there was no bath that night. The hot water came the next morning. This should be a hardware problem. And there was no response to this the next day. Sound insulation is a big problem, and the child next door has been noisy until late at night."
