"The hotel has been open for less than two years. The environment is quiet and the facilities are grand. The room decoration is upscale and the staff service is also very good. The best thing is the bedding, which is very clean and soft. I have stayed in many hotels, and the bedding of this hotel is absolutely good. There was a small episode when my friend wanted a bathrobe. I called the front desk to ask if I could get two bathrobes. The front desk said very embarrassedly that bathrobes are only provided for suites and there are no extra ones for us, so I refused my request. After hanging up the phone, my friend was a little angry and told the front desk clearly that she needed two bathrobes or she would complain about the reason. The front desk sent it five minutes later... I don’t know why the hotel said that bathrobes are only provided for suites. Hotels of this level should be fully equipped, right? In addition, the breakfast is fresh and tastes good. The gym is not open and the swimming pool is not free."
