"I reserved a room a year in advance to watch the eclipse. Received two confirmation e-mails from booking site. I called four seasons to triple check that I had a room. The person who I spoke to promised to call me back in an hour but never did. Called the next day I called again, same story. The third time I called, I was told I had no reservation after waiting 4 hours for another call back. My wife and I took vacation days for this. Not happy."

"We went to room 34 the mold smell made my nose burn then they down sized us a room to only which was smaller beds no coff ee pot no iron no blow dryer and yet again mold no breakfest no pool this is tje diert⁵"
