"Extremely satisfied. This is the second best hotel I've stayed at in Vienna (the other best is in Yunnan, mainly due to its superior facilities). The entire experience, from the accommodations and bedding to the cleanliness, and especially the attitude of all the staff, was superb. The only drawback was the slightly small size, particularly the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped. I must especially commend the breakfast; it was the best I've ever had at any Vienna hotel, bar none. The variety, quality, management, and staff attitude were impeccable. The hotel's location is also excellent, with parking available, making it convenient for those with cars."

The room was clean and tidy, the space was spacious and not depressing, the two beds were moderately soft and hard, and the sleep was very comfortable. The bedding was clean and odorless, the toiletries were complete, and the hygiene details were in place. The sound insulation effect is good and the night is very quiet. The front desk service is warm and efficient, the location is convenient, the travel is convenient, the price is very high, whether it is a business trip or a companion trip is very suitable, highly recommended!"
