"Building is new but the set up is a complete mess! My room was so hot all night that it was literally unbearable to sleep! I called reception, they send a woman up and she turned on the fan but, when she left the fan was blowing hot wind even stronger than before! It became unbearable to stay in the room, so I called reception again and was told that the central air conditioning was turned on to be hot and nothing could be done!! I had to open the window in my room and the front door in order to get “at least some “ sleep! It’s a shame that in China they built such nice hotels but equipment and facilities are completely mismanaged! A complete **** show!"

"The suite we stayed in was spacious and well-decorated. The front desk lady even gave us an extra breakfast when we checked in. But I have to say: The breakfast was terrible. There were no more than 10 items in total. I arrived at 8:30 and the place was completely empty. I had a boiled egg, but there was really nothing else to eat. In our suite, there was a constant clatter of chairs being moved upstairs. Calling the hotel front desk was completely ineffective. Later, we learned that the upstairs room had been converted into a mahjong room. The next day, when we checked out, we reported it to the front desk, asking them to put down carpet to soundproof it, otherwise it would be too noisy downstairs and we wouldn't be able to sleep well. The man at the front desk, without even looking at us, simply said, "That's just your luck." Did I? It was so noisy upstairs that I couldn't sleep well. Is it just bad luck?!"
