"The hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough. The water for two days during the six nights was not hot enough. The next day, I called the counter to respond. Although it had improved that night, the next few days, one day I took a bath halfway through and there was no water. The hot water was adjusted to the maximum last night and it was still not hot enough to take a bath, which was very frustrating "

"This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and again, it didn't disappoint. The room is very spacious and comfortable and very clean. We used the gym which was small but well equipped for the size. The complimentary breakfasts were THE BEST we've EVER had at any hotel. Absolutely fantastic every morning. The staff was very friendly. We will be back again!"
