The hotel room is very clean with modern facilities and decoration. There are additional bottles of water and juice and tea and coffee provided in the hotel room which came as a bonus compared to other hotels . There is also foot massage on the 2nd floor of the hotel which comes in handy after a full day walking in the city.

During the first day the taxi driver missed out the location and alighted us few hundred meter away in cold weather. Upon contact the apartment in-charge she direct us to our unit straight. The apartment is a loft unit that come with 3 queen size beds able to cater for 6 persons and both my kids can sleep in a spacious bed. Two of the beds are located at upper deck and one at lower deck. One of the room even comes with projector. The dinner table is located at upper deck that free up the space at lower deck. In general the room is quite cosy and has enough power supply for my family which we use multiple electronic devices. Wifi is also available that serve us well. As for amenities nearby shopping centre, provision shop, restaurants etc.. is quite convenient in short walking distance. Metro station is about 300 m away that so easy for us to travel with train around the city. Upon checking out the apartment in-charge also gave us a free gift for our souvenir that so heartwarming. I’m going to miss this place…..

AAnonymous UserIt was early winter, off-season, so there weren't many people. However, it was very particular and there was still a buffet. Not many people were eating in the hotel restaurant at night. We chatted with another table of guests and shared two dishes. Thinking about it, it was a very happy experience. Even though it has been 20 days, I still find it interesting when I think about it. When I checked out, I was given two bags of dates as a small gift. It was quite sweet. I should have gone up the mountain to see the castle🏰, but I had to rush to the next location in the morning. So I didn't go. I hope I will have a chance to go there again

GGuest UserIt was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

HHdChopraThis is our third time at this hotel, with twice in 2023. The hotel, used to be called Fraser Hotel, is now under new management but we did not feel any drop in quality whatsoever. The hotel is clean, close to metro and other transportation. The staff is responsive 24 hours a day and they promptly arrive and take care of any need we have had. We are planning to come back and stay here again in the coming week after our travel. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserI would like to make a special mention of the butler service here. I felt the meticulous care from the moment I stepped into the hotel. The butler Wang Lei is professional and very friendly, responding to my needs quickly and doing everything he can to help. Whether it is room arrangement or providing personalized service, he did an excellent job. This high level of service added a lot to my entire stay. The catering is a bit disappointing. I was told that the hotel buffet restaurant is only open on weekends during the New Year's Eve. The breakfast selection is quite rich, but the taste and quality of the ingredients did not meet my expectations. The hygiene of the plates also needs to be improved. In addition, the service speed is not fast enough, and sometimes you have to wait for a long time to get served. As a ten-year hot spring hotel, some of the equipment here does look a bit old. The tiles and decorations in the hot spring area are beginning to wear and tear, and the furniture in the guest rooms also needs to be updated. Although the hot spring water itself is very comfortable, the overall maintenance and modernization of the facilities can be improved. The overall feeling is like a rural resort. If this is the expectation, it may be easier to accept. Overall, the butler service is a highlight and makes people feel the warmth of home. However, the aging of catering and facilities and the inability to keep up with the service are issues that cannot be ignored.

GGuest UserMy son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play. The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.

It is sweet and salty to bring children and the elderly to play. The room design style, furniture and decoration are very Chilean, and the interior is very comfortable. There are mountains, waters and fruit trees outside the window. The hotel is very close to Panshan Scenic Area and the famous temple Dule Temple and Baita Temple. The sales actively introduce the tourist attractions that can be arranged for the reservation of the room. We are afraid that we will forget and wrote a note; the front desk provides free parking scan code, and there are pick time signs outdoors. Due to the sudden discomfort in the afternoon of the check-in day, it was already more than nine o'clock in the evening when I went to the hospital for inspection. The manager on duty arranged for the kitchen to leave someone to make delicious soup and millet porridge, which was very warm; The next day, the general manager of the hotel specially arranged to upgrade the suite for free. I lived in the room where Jingbairan had once lived in the movie. I felt the warmth of home. The picture with Wu Jing is Mr. Pang, the general manager of the hotel.
