Excellent stay! The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, was incredibly kind and even upgraded our room. We also received a complimentary fruit platter. When we extended our stay, the cleaning staff thoughtfully tidied up and removed the trash. Overall, a really great experience. For a hotel near the border crossing, the price was quite reasonable. I'd definitely come back!

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

Recommended by a friend, I chose Hengqin Bay Hotel for my Chimelong vacation this time, and the overall experience was very satisfying. The front desk staff were very efficient. The lobby is bright and spacious, with an ocean-themed design that's very relaxing. There's a free shuttle bus service to the park, which is always punctual. The automatic doors at the lobby entrance are very convenient, and the eight dolphin sculptures create a striking impression! There's also a dance performance. Right upon entering, you can see a place to rent cribs and wheelchairs, and the concierge on the left offers free luggage storage and can handle package deliveries. The room was very family-friendly, with a well-designed separate shower and toilet area. The shower pressure was great, making for a comfortable bath, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was exceptionally smooth. The food didn't disappoint either; the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes that tasted great, and they even had special children's cutlery and a kids' area, which made dining with children very easy. Both check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient and professional, and the service attitude was friendly. The in-room internet connection was convenient, with strong and stable signals, ensuring a smooth online experience. The guest room layout was spacious, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The simple decor and clean floors created a comfortable environment. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows provided good support, ensuring a quality night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were a highlight of this stay. The towels and bath towels were fluffy and soft, the shower gel and shampoo were effective, and the complimentary bath salts enhanced the bathing experience. Overall, from convenient transportation and comfortable accommodation to thoughtful dining and complete facilities, the hotel demonstrated excellent consideration for all aspects of a family trip, making for a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience.

I thought the hotel looked beautiful when I booked it online, but it's even more stunning in person. The hotel's standards are far superior to the nearby sea-view apartments; they're not even in the same league. The room is very spacious, well-equipped with all sorts of amenities, and features a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. We booked a sea-view room on a higher floor, and it has a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was spotlessly clean. I especially loved the big sofa on the balcony – it was so relaxing to lie there in the evening. They even provided a travel photoshoot, leaving us with unforgettable memories. From the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping, everyone was friendly and responded quickly. We had a very pleasant stay.

The shower pressure is great, and the bedding is very comfortable, surpassing many other hotels I've stayed in at this price point. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, close to MixC Mall, the waterfront promenade, and Longyan South Road Food Street. Just one minor drawback: why isn't there a trash can in the bathroom? It was a little inconvenient, but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

The elevator signs to the hotel on B1 are not very clear. The parking spaces on B2 are lift-type and quite narrow. **Location:** * The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Zhuhai Light Rail Station, making it convenient for crossing the border to Macau.

Charming hotel is conveniently located near the Gongbei Port, making it very easy to travel to Macao. It also takes less than 10 minutes for a taxi ride from the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge port to the hotel. There are a lot of eateries around to satisfy your taste. A tour bus station for visiting local attractions is also close to the hotel. Free self-help laundry service is available at another hotel nearby. Rooms are quiet and clean even though the decoration is dated.

The front desk and room service were excellent – patient, proactive, and thorough! The only downside was the extremely poor experience at the 5th-floor restaurant. When it was time to pay, we realized one dish hadn't been served. Normally, the staff would proactively remove the unserved item and then process the payment. However, the manager on duty told us we couldn't cancel it and that they would rush the dish. Only after the missing dish arrived did they come to help us settle the bill. They insisted, with a firm attitude, that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled! I argued that while under normal circumstances you can't cancel a dish, this situation wasn't normal; we had finished our meal and were ready to pay, and the dish was forgotten, which was the restaurant's fault! I told them if they couldn't resolve it, they should get their supervisor to discuss whether the dish could be canceled. Only then did the manager say, 'Alright, we'll cancel it for you!' There was no apology whatsoever, just an air of self-righteousness. This was a stark contrast to the excellent service provided by the rest of the hotel. Later, I learned from a hotel staff member that the 5th-floor restaurant is outsourced to a third party, which explains a lot!

Hygiene: Very clean. Although the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene conditions are still very good. Facilities: The facilities are complete; they may not be exquisite, but they are comprehensive and tidy. Environment: The location is at the end of Er Ma Lu Food Street, right by the sea. So, as soon as you step out, you have both the sea and delicious food, which is very convenient. Plus, the seaside on the way to the hotel is truly beautiful, and the sunset is absolutely stunning—I couldn't help but get out of the car to take a ton of photos. From the hotel room window, there's still an unbeatable sea view, and leaving the window open at night means waking up to the sunrise the next day, which is very pleasant. Service: The service is great. They brought red bean sweet soup to the room in the evening, and when I left, they provided Shanwei local specialty souvenirs. The front desk lady was very responsive and had an excellent service attitude. I would definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Shanwei.

This is a very comfortable resort hotel. The first-line sea view is delightful, and the rooms are spacious, bright, well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The hotel also boasts a super impressive lobby coffee bar that directly faces the beach and the sea. Right next door is a commercial and leisure area with convenient dining options, and the hotel's own restaurant offers a variety of choices. The surrounding environment is also excellent, making it the best choice for a vacation in Xiaojing Bay.
