The service far exceeded my expectations! As soon as I left the high-speed rail station, I saw the big 'L Hotel' sign. It's just a short walk across the street from the border crossing. Check-in is on the 5th floor, and a room was immediately available for early check-in, which was great. The whole process was efficient and professional. They gave me a little welcome gift bag, which was perfect because I'd forgotten my hair tie, and the quality was surprisingly good! In the afternoon, they brought a fruit platter with apples, pears, and oranges – a thoughtful and warm touch. The room was fantastic, clean, and hygienic. The 1.35-meter twin bed room offered comfortable space, and when I opened the curtains, the border crossing, mall, and high-speed rail station were all right there. I have to say, the bed was really comfortable, and the pillows were good too. The bathroom facilities were also complete. On the ground floor (1st floor) there's luggage storage, and next to it is a convenient store, which is incredibly handy. There are a few other hotels nearby, but from what I could see, Hotel L is the closest. I really picked the right hotel this time!

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang” My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work. The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk. The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30. Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English. The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday. Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room. The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok. I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

We stayed at this hotel during the New Year's Day holiday with our child for a trip to Chimelong. It included a 'one-pass' entry to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom (and the Chimelong show), so it offered decent value for money. The hotel service was pretty standard. When we arrived by car, a valet immediately greeted us, helped with our luggage, and directed us to the parking garage. The lobby was quite distinctive, clearly showcasing typical Chimelong amusement park elements. There were a lot of people checking in, but a welcome dance kept my daughter entertained during the wait, which she really enjoyed. Our room faced the ocean and the dolphin pool, allowing us to watch the dolphin show up close. Getting to Ocean Kingdom was convenient with a ferry shuttle, taking about ten minutes. There were many attractions; my daughter especially loved the sea lion surfing bumper boats and the ice cream. The Whale Shark Exhibit was also very popular with kids, and it's the largest aquarium in Asia! I brought my son here ten years ago, and it was quite impressive then too. We watched the Chimelong parade and fireworks show for two nights, which made the ticket price feel worthwhile! Compared to ten years ago, the Chimelong show felt a little less thrilling and adventurous, but they've added more video games and popular cartoons that kids love, which was still a good choice. Hotel dining was available at all times, but the food quality was just average and definitely needs improvement. Overall, it was still a great experience, and the trip was well worth it!

I thought the hotel looked beautiful when I booked it online, but it's even more stunning in person. The hotel's standards are far superior to the nearby sea-view apartments; they're not even in the same league. The room is very spacious, well-equipped with all sorts of amenities, and features a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. We booked a sea-view room on a higher floor, and it has a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was spotlessly clean. I especially loved the big sofa on the balcony – it was so relaxing to lie there in the evening. They even provided a travel photoshoot, leaving us with unforgettable memories. From the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping, everyone was friendly and responded quickly. We had a very pleasant stay.

When visiting Shantou, the Sheraton Hotel is definitely my top choice for peace of mind. This Sheraton location is excellent, only about a ten-minute drive from Shantou Railway Station. It's super convenient to get to the large shopping mall, MixC, from the hotel, and dining options are plentiful. There's a delicious Danxia beef hotpot restaurant nearby, and popular coffee and tea chains like Starbucks are just around the corner. It's incredibly easy to get to any attraction from here. The hotel staff at the entrance were warm and attentive, and I was very satisfied with both check-in and check-out. The room was comfortable, clean, and luxurious. The hot water supply was ample, and all the toiletries were well-stocked.

Let me share both the pros and cons of this hotel. **Pros:** * **Hygiene:** Excellent. * **Bedding & Soundproofing:** Great, I slept very comfortably. * **Room View:** Fantastic, you can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and the view is expansive. * **Breakfast:** Varied and tasty. **Areas for improvement:** * The parking lot needs improvement. The elevator signs to the hotel on B1 are not very clear. The parking spaces on B2 are lift-type and quite narrow. **Location:** * The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Zhuhai Light Rail Station, making it convenient for crossing the border to Macau.

The Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel is located right at Gongbei Port, just a one-minute walk away. You can even take the hotel's elevator directly to the port's shopping mall. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The TV could screen mirror and had a wide variety of content, including movies.

The front desk and room service were excellent – patient, proactive, and thorough! The only downside was the extremely poor experience at the 5th-floor restaurant. When it was time to pay, we realized one dish hadn't been served. Normally, the staff would proactively remove the unserved item and then process the payment. However, the manager on duty told us we couldn't cancel it and that they would rush the dish. Only after the missing dish arrived did they come to help us settle the bill. They insisted, with a firm attitude, that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled! I argued that while under normal circumstances you can't cancel a dish, this situation wasn't normal; we had finished our meal and were ready to pay, and the dish was forgotten, which was the restaurant's fault! I told them if they couldn't resolve it, they should get their supervisor to discuss whether the dish could be canceled. Only then did the manager say, 'Alright, we'll cancel it for you!' There was no apology whatsoever, just an air of self-righteousness. This was a stark contrast to the excellent service provided by the rest of the hotel. Later, I learned from a hotel staff member that the 5th-floor restaurant is outsourced to a third party, which explains a lot!

Our stay was very comfortable, and we had a great sea view. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded us for free. Our family booked several rooms, and everyone had a wonderful experience and was very happy. The views from the rooms were beautiful, and the rooms themselves were very clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Great location right by the beach, with a lovely sea breeze. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent natural light. I could faintly hear the sound of the waves from my bed, which made for a very relaxing stay. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; our butler Kiki was very responsive and quickly helped with any small requests, saving us from worrying about minor details. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. This vacation was incredibly pleasant and I feel completely refreshed. Excellent value for money!
