Zhuhai L Hotel Changsheng branch is located in the bustling commercial center of Gongbei, which is next to Macau and closes to Zhuhai Railway Station. It takes about 25 minutes by car to Chimelong Ocean Park, about 15 minutes to the Zhuhai Convention and Exhibition Center, about 5 minutes to the artificial island of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and 10 minutes' walk to the Lovers Road. L Hotel has a excellent geographical location and the transportation is very convenient. The hotel directly connects to the Gongbei Port Shopping Plaza.The hotel has a total of 22 floors with 262 luxurious rooms. All the mattresses in the rooms are with double cushion which come from a famous brand called Hong Kong Yalan. The rooms have refreshing high-density sheets, velvet quilts and plush pillows. In addition, lobby is on the 5th floor of the building, the 19th floor is equipped with a gym and self-service laundry room. There has a multifunctional conference room on the 20th floor with sea views. It is a hotel with a function of integrating business, dining, entertainment, leisure and shopping.
"Overall, it was decent. The service was good, and the location was convenient. My only real complaint is that the air conditioning was too effective; it was freezing, and I couldn't adjust the temperature. I called for service, and they came quickly, but couldn't fix it. The staff member eventually suggested opening the window if it was too cold 😊😊☺☺"

"The room was very spacious, actually a two-room suite. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; when I mentioned I had an early train at around 7 AM the next day, they kindly packed some breakfast for me to take on the road. The cleanliness was also good. While the view from the window was just residential buildings, so it couldn't compare to a sea view, the large room size and better price definitely made up for it. The beef hotpot downstairs was delicious and super convenient, and deliveries even get brought to your room by a robot!"

CCiciciciFive-star rating for the Zhuhai Marriott Hotel! A special shout-out to Winnie Chen, the operator manager! During my stay, I called multiple times to inquire about dining reservations, parking, directions to attractions, and room facilities. Each time, I was greeted by a gentle and polite voice, and her responses were clear and concise. Winnie is very professional; she never brushed off complex requests. Instead, she meticulously coordinated with various departments to handle them quickly, and her response time was incredibly fast. Even with multiple repetitive inquiries, she remained exceptionally patient, and all communication was fluent and appropriate. She perfectly embodies the service standards of a Marriott five-star hotel.
The hotel environment and room amenities were already excellent, but with Winnie's thoughtful and heartwarming service, my overall stay experience was significantly enhanced. This will be my top choice for business trips or holidays in Zhuhai. Thank you, Winnie, for your dedicated service!

AAnonymous UserOur stay in the garden view room was delightful. The elegant decor and soft furnishings created a wonderful ambiance. The room was well-ventilated, with no dampness or strange odors, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The entire resort boasts beautiful scenery; the flamingo viewing area and dolphin pool are perfect for snapping Instagram-worthy photos. The hotel's water park was far less crowded than the one at Ocean Kingdom, making for a much more enjoyable experience. Strolling along the seaside promenade at sunset was simply breathtaking, creating an absolutely magical atmosphere.
The room cleaning standards were impeccable. The floors, windowsills, nightstand crevices, and even the bathroom glass were spotless, free of water stains or hair, and the bathroom had no unpleasant smells. All the bedding was fresh and new, with no stains on the pillows or mattress. The room's private balcony provided excellent ventilation, effectively mitigating any dampness from the sea.
The hotel's yacht shuttle service offered a unique experience, transporting us directly to Ocean Kingdom. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, with surprisingly delicious dishes made from fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly, and their service was prompt and attentive. At the buffet, all tableware was high-temperature sterilized, the food was neatly arranged, and staff were quick to clear table waste. The front desk staff were thorough in their communication, checking in on our stay and promptly resolving any issues. This vacation was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, with thoughtful details showing genuine care.
Our stay was absolutely perfect. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back if I get the chance.

MMan______The room was spacious, and the afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious. Due to the rain, we had the buffet dinner directly at the hotel, and the food was fresh and tasty. Our butler, Holly, added me on WeChat in advance. Since we had two babies, she helped arrange bed rails for us. Her service during our stay was attentive, and she proactively asked about our needs – it was excellent! We'll definitely choose to stay at Angsana again next time we visit Zhuhai.

Impeccable Front Desk Service
A special shout-out to the front desk team, particularly 柳雅琪 for their warm welcome and professional service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home.
The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!

JJibixiaoziThe hotel opened in 2015, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, but they're still functional and everything is very clean. The front desk even upgraded us to a Macau sea-view room when we checked in. We had a minor issue with the room during our stay, but the housekeeping department resolved it very quickly and courteously, and they even called afterwards to follow up and apologize, which was excellent service. The hotel's location and environment are also great. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money; it's at least half the price you'd pay in Macau itself.

QQiyuedebingbingThis hotel is in an excellent location, less than a ten-minute walk to Gongbei Port. Nearby, there's an oyster and chicken hotpot restaurant open until past 2 AM, and the Jin Yue Xuan restaurant is also within a ten-minute walk. Right outside, you can find Lover's Road, perfect for cycling with a distant view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.
The InterContinental's breakfast is impeccable, always a benchmark in the industry. The rooms are generally very well thought out. Although I didn't get a sea view room this time, the bathtub was huge—I'm 1.8 meters tall and could fully stretch out my legs.
It's super convenient for getting to both Gongbei Port and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.

After checking out, Claire proactively called me for a follow-up, diligently asking about my stay. She carefully noted down the issues I raised and promptly reported them to the manager, sincerely promising that they would optimize and improve. She even thoughtfully offered to help arrange my preferred room for my next stay. Even though she's an intern, her strong sense of responsibility, professional and sincere approach, and her attentiveness to every guest's feedback truly embody the warmth expected of St. Regis butler service.

The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and all the facilities were complete and functioned perfectly. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for travelers who need to wash clothes. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful. Overall, the entire hotel experience was fantastic – definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

GGuest UserMy daughter studies in Zhuhai, and every time I visit, I stay here. The hotel has a great environment and an excellent location, right across the road from the beach, which is super convenient for taking my little one to play in the sand! The room is clean, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and parking is very easy. The front desk staff are warm and provide excellent service. Highly recommend!
