The hotel is great and centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket, cable car station and eateries. Room is spacious, with an executive chair and working table and comfortable bed and toilet. Washing machines and dryers are provided complimentary on the 3rd floor where the gym and coffee house are located. Reasonable good selection of breakfast buffet spread at the coffee house.

This hotel's facilities are truly outstanding! The smart home system is incredibly convenient and user-friendly. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with strong water pressure and stable hot water. The smart toilet really enhances the experience. The screen mirroring is clear, and the internet speed is fast. Lights, air conditioning, and curtains are all controllable with a single click. The equipment is new and high-quality, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! The location is also fantastic, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The value for money is unbeatable!

The service was warm and the environment was great, a blend of Chinese and modern styles. The breakfast was plentiful and they even provided afternoon tea. It's very photogenic, and they offer Hanfu experiences too. The location is excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Changsha.
The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The overall design was simple yet elegant, making for a very comfortable stay. We even received a complimentary double afternoon tea with pastries and drinks. A fantastic perk was the free laundry service for up to five items daily; they picked up and returned our clothes, which came back smelling lovely and feeling soft. The front desk staff were all wonderful – so gentle and polite. This hotel truly made our Changsha trip perfect. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel's location is definitely a major plus. If you're visiting Changsha and have done your research, you should definitely consider this hotel – it's super convenient for getting pretty much anywhere. For example, Orange Isle (Juzizhou) is just one subway stop away, right across the street. Plus, you can't even drive onto Orange Isle, so the subway is the way to go. The room we were given had a great design, and we could see the Xiang River. We extended our stay for another night, and the front desk service was excellent.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. It's close to the subway, a museum, and Martyrs' Park. The hotel's environment and facilities are excellent. I loved that I could just ask the smart speaker to turn off the lights without getting out of bed – super convenient! The room was quiet too. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the breakfast was delicious. I also want to give a special shout-out to front desk employee number three; their service was excellent and very thoughtful. All in all, highly recommended!

The room was lovely, and my kids absolutely loved it! The location is super convenient too, with a subway station right downstairs. We also enjoyed the delicious local dishes at 'Pang Dong Gua Liuyang Cuisine' located just below the hotel. Plus, 'Zisu Taozi' and 'Good Mooning' are just across the street, adding to the convenience.
The night before, I booked the Hilton Changsha Shimao through the Hilton platform, and the experience was utterly terrible. The soundproofing was awful. I was woken up at 3 AM by noise from the hallway and didn't sleep a wink all night, ending up with a pounding headache.
First thing in the morning, I rebooked at the InterContinental via Trip.com. Miss Anna Jiang at the front desk was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely warm. I was so touched! She walked me to the elevator, introduced me to the hotel facilities and restaurants. She even pre-warned me that the river view rooms are near the elevators and to let them know if I experienced any noise so I could switch rooms. The concierge staff were also very proactive and helpful; I really appreciate their assistance.
Although the hotel's hardware facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. The room view was lovely, overlooking the delta where the Liuyang River and Xiang River converge. There's a direct passage to the adjacent shopping malls (Beichenhui/Joy City), making dining and shopping very convenient.
Breakfast here has the best Western pastries among all the international brand hotels I've stayed at in the past few months. It really suited my preferences, and the coffee was made with an espresso machine. There were also plenty of Chinese options, including rice noodles, but the texture wasn't quite to my liking; they were a bit too thick.
Before checking out, I realized I'd left a ring in the room. I called, and they informed me it had already been found and sent to the concierge. It was perfect timing as I was just returning from visiting the Changsha Museum and picked it up on my way back. Oh, and right across from the hotel are the 'Three Museums and One Hall,' which are within walking distance.
For food deliveries, you have to pick them up from external lockers, which is understandable and acceptable to me.
The environment is great, with plenty of dining options nearby, a convenience store downstairs, and a subway station – very convenient. Wuyi Square is just one or two stops away. The hotel is right around the corner from Peiyuan Bridge Station.
Service: Every staff member provides excellent service! When checking in, a staff member brings tea, and the check-in process is very quick. Laundry is delivered directly to your room door. The butler even gives a heads-up, even if it's 4 AM! No need to run around yourself.
Hygiene: The hygiene is also good; no hair or anything like that found in the toilet, sink, or on the floor.
Facilities: The room has a separate wet and dry area, a bathtub, and a projector, giving it a very spacious feel. At night, it's central air conditioning, but you can ask the butler or front desk for a fan, and it's delivered very quickly by the staff. Check-in is on the third floor, and there are robots. There are three elevators available. The floors are quite high, so the wait time can be a bit long, but there are sofas to sit on while you wait.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Wuyi Square, making transportation super convenient. The room layout is beautiful, and the host keeps everything spotlessly clean. I personally found the soundproofing to be excellent, and having independent Wi-Fi in the room with a strong signal was a big plus. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. They were great at recommending local food and beautiful scenic spots. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Changsha!

GGuest UserFour of us decided to drive ourselves there. Upon arrival, a team of staff was waiting at the entrance, greeting us warmly and helping with our bags, making us feel right at home. During check-in, they even served us delicious tea. The guesthouse is nestled deep in the mountains, with a beautiful lotus pond right out front. The rooms were spotless, and the guesthouse had even thoughtfully turned on the dehumidifier in advance. We opted for a room with a sunrise view, allowing us to enjoy the mountain scenery and sunrise without even having to get out of bed. Oh, and the food here! The ingredients are incredibly fresh – it's the kind of place where they cook whatever's available from their own garden. The dishes truly highlight the natural flavors of the vegetables, which was absolutely superb! Haha. We could also play mahjong. On the day we left, it rained slightly, and with the temperature at a comfortable 20 degrees Celsius, it was just perfect.

GGuest UserI literally cannot express how amazing my stay was! From the moment I checked in, to the moment I checked out.
Clean rooms, excellent view, absolute brilliant location.
I was supposed to stay for two nights, however I extended my stay to 4 nights total! That’s how amazing this hotel is! 100/10 ✨
Special thanks to the amazing front desk staff TON! And everyone honestly were so welcoming and supportive! They make everything easy and smooth! Nothing was complicated at all! Although I had concerns regarding the language barrier, but they can speak very well English!
Tony and his colleagues are AMAZING! How the staff treat you is what matters the most to me personally. I recommend everyone to try this hotel!

Ssharleen5410The location is good, just outside the ancient town, but it's a very short walk. The hotel has parking, which is definitely better than staying inside the ancient town during peak season. There's a shuttle bus stop right next door, which would be more convenient for those traveling by high-speed rail without a car. The hotel's facilities are decent. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but after trying a noodle shop by the road nearby, I realized that eating outside isn't necessarily better value or tastier. Maybe we just didn't find the right place, as the food quality was pretty much the same both inside and outside the hotel.
Ttianbian****First off, I have to say, this is the best hotel experience I've had domestically. The views are incredible, directly overlooking Tianmen Mountain. My flight landed at midnight, but the butler patiently picked me up. At one point, I wanted to grab a bite and invited the butler to join me, but they politely declined, saying they had other guests to pick up. I really appreciate such a responsible staff member. I'm very satisfied with the hotel's facilities; I didn't encounter any cleanliness issues that some negative reviews mentioned. Perhaps that's more common during peak season. I visited during the off-season, and it happened to be a clear, sunny day, so the 'Sky Mirror' on the rooftop was absolutely stunning. I imagine those who had a less-than-ideal experience probably visited on a cloudy day, which might make the hotel appear dated. Also, reading some of those negative reviews in the comments section genuinely made my head spin – are we even talking about the same hotel? For the price you paid, to get a hotel like this, shouldn't you be thrilled? If you're going to complain about everything, maybe don't travel at all. Seriously, I rarely find such a unique hotel in China. The last time I stayed at a hotel that was this delightful and relaxing was in Guilin, but that cost 1600 RMB. Honestly, if you manage to book this hotel, you should be secretly celebrating!

LLllaspenStylish Airbnb super close to Tianmen Park.
Good location, easy to find but not quite convenient for parking. Close to Tianmen Park if that is part of the trip plan.
Got free upgrade, so I could stay next to my parents. Two rooms with their own yards are super soothing.
Good facilities generally, but there could be some improvements too, such as the floor in my parents’ room, and maybe add some sticker on switches to avoid some confusions.
Other than that, I love the foam pillows, much better than normal soft pillows in hotels, also love the comb it provides in the bathroom. Good toilet and good bath amenities like shampoo and shower gel. Recommend to provide bathrobe too instead of waiting for request from guests.
I also love the auto curtains and traditional styled wooden door.
I couldn’t catch breakfast for my travel plan but parents did, they love it. Services from the host was great, especially when it comes to laundry service. He also helped with parking.
Overall highly recommended!

GGuest UserWonderful stay with amazing hot springs and outstanding service
I had an excellent stay at this hot spring hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The entire property was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more relaxing and comfortable. The hot springs were fantastic — peaceful, soothing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day.
What really made this hotel special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and polite. I would especially like to thank Cherry, who stood out for her kindness, patience, and willingness to help with everything. She made us feel very welcome and taken care of from the beginning to the end of our stay.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing place with hot springs and truly excellent service. I would definitely love to come back again!

GGuest UserThis hotel went above and beyond during my stay. Rain who first greeted us was helpful from the very beginning of the stay until the very end. The hotel provided a detailed route for the Zhangjiajie National Park and even provided transportation to the park and pick up once completed. In addition they assisted with the luggage during check in and check out. If flying or riding into Zhangjiajie, the hotel does offer setting up transportation to and from the hotel if needed at a very reasonable fee. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast and complimentary tea with the tea master, who was also amazing at making the stay feel very welcoming. Once the tea master and Rain found out it was my birthday they made my day one to remember. The tea master wrote me a congratulatory calligraphy scroll and set up a cake with Rain to be given to me as well. The hotel also offered activities every evening. On the day I was able to attend, they taught me how to make peach cookies which was so fun and delicious. The tea master also showed us how to do calligraphy while we waited for the cookies to be baked. Rain set up a Wechat with the staff where I was able to conveniently pre order dinner, which was super delicious. My favorite was the eggplant with pork. I can't express in enough words how everyone here made the stay the most enjoyable. For anyone visiting Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here. I wish I could have spent more nights here to enjoy the entire resort such as the heated pool and sunset terrace.

PPagliaccimrAfter visiting several busy huge cities, we wanted our stay in Zhangjiajie to be peaceful and relaxing. We couldn't have picked a better location and property. The buildings are absolutely beautiful, perfectly integrated into the local landscape. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, and our balcony had a spectacular view of the mountains and the pond. I especially loved the wonderful bed and pillows, the best we had in China--not too firm or too soft, simply perfect. The AC/heater in the room was also very advanced and always kept the room at the perfect temperature despite the cold weather outside. It wasn't like other units that just keep blowing hot or cold air regardless of the room temperature; it only came on when necessary. But the best part of all was the staff. Sister Qun knew a few expressions in English and was always willing to use the phone translator to communicate with us. She made us feel welcome from the start, responded quickly to our questions and requests, and always greeted us with a warm smile. It really felt like a second home. We will forever cherish the memories we made here. I highly recommend this homestay, and I hope to come back one day.

CChunyuanmuWe stayed for three nights, and neither the kids nor the adults wanted to leave. The service and environment were truly exceptional. Our personal butler was a lovely young lady; after we booked, she proactively added me on WeChat to ask if there was anything she could help with. Upon arrival, she patiently explained the sightseeing routes, which made our two-day visit to the Forest Park very enjoyable – we hit all the spots and saved a lot of time. She also helped us book show tickets and the Grand Canyon package, which saved us some money. The Forest Park was the last leg of our trip, and every day when we returned to the hotel, fresh fruit or tea was delivered to our room, which was a thoughtful touch. They also replenished daily essentials like bath salts, bathtub liners, and eye masks, so a hot bath every day really soothed my tired legs. Plus, every corner of the hotel's environment is a perfect spot for photos. Honestly, there's too much good to say; I can't even list it all – just go for it! The last two photos are of the hotel's two celebrity residents, Baogu and the cat, both very friendly.

GGuest UserGreat location, close to the iconic Snow bridge 雪桥, where the hustle and bustle is. There's alot of bar/karaoke downstairs, but the volume lower down by midnight.
Owners were very prompt with replying via WeChat, with any questions or map, helped us with booking the ticket combo of 8 sight seeing spots and boat ride, cheaper than the counter.
Took a cab from the railway station (for 25yuan) to the designated parking spot, and the owner came to pick us, helped us with our luggage to go through the ancient town.
Overall very good stay and we had a memorable time here in Fenghuang.
