Warm and welcoming. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful you could wish for. We had delayed baggage and we would not have received it before our departure if not for their assistance. The room was spotless and refreshed daily. The buffet was beautifully presented with an excellent selection of Italian breakfast foods. It is located in a safe neighbourhood, close to train, bus and Metro, and they willingly arrange taxis and airport transfers. We will stay here again when we return to Rome.

We were very happy with our stay here for several reasons. 1. The room was a nice size with clean bathroom / shower, and comfy bed 2. The staff at reception were awesome (thanks Max and Elisa), including them preparing an awesome breakfast for us ahead of time for an early check-out 3. We were an easy 10 minute walk (towing suitcases) from the Roma Termini train station on primarily even ground 4. We were an easy 20 walk to the Coliseum 5. We were an easy 15 walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. 6. Breakfast was very good, including coffee / cappuccino etc, juices, cereals, yogurt, fruit, cheese, meat, fruit, bread , tasty sweet pastries, etc. 7. There are several nice restaurants / pizzerias / gellotterias all nearby 8. It seems like a pretty nice / safe neighborhood.

We are a family of five and we found this B&B to be excellent. Maximilian was a great host, very helpful and gracious with his time. It is located within walking distance to the train station and Metro, and close to many historical sites. Very clean and breakfast was delicious.

L'hotel est très bien situé, à proximité des sites à visiter. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Ils nous ont conseillé et aidé dans nos demandes. Lit confortable. Chambre très propre. Que demander de mieux ?

Destaco la localización del hotel, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. Habitación muy limpia, cama cómoda, el baño totalmente reformado. Y buen precio. Personal de recepción amables y simpáticos, muy buen servicio diario de limpieza!!

Struttura situata in una posizione strategica, sia per la stazione che per il centro di Roma. Camere nuovissime con tanta cura nell’ arredamento. Disponibilità e cortesia alla reception, insieme alla pulizia Sono in fiore all’occhiello. Colazione buona e ricca, sia con cose salate che dolci. È un posto dove ritornerò se dovessi andare nuovamente a Roma.

Struttura posta nelle vicinaze di Roma Termini e vicona al centro storico. Personale, propositivo, gentile e professionale. Camera moderna e pulita, buffet buono. B&b posto all interno di un palazzo più grande dove, se ho ben capito, ad ogni piano corrisponde una struttura diversa.
