Chipman Hill Suites - Union Street

"I cannot recommend Chipman Hill Suites enough! I stayed there from Nov-May and the service and hospitality were exceptional my whole stay. The staff are so kind and helpful- they really made me feel welcomed. The general manager Erika in particular is fantastic! She is very responsive, accommodating, genuine, and friendly. There were a few small things I needed (a second set of keys, the smoke detector battery needed to be changed, a new parking pass) and these requests were all accommodated in a very timely manner. Additionally, Chipman Hill Suites went above and beyond to help me while I was home in another province visiting my family during Christmas break and could not move my car during a “snowban” (no cars allowed to be parked on the streets due to snow clearing). One of the staff members moved my car for me- I am still grateful beyond words!! The people are great, but so are the amenities- each week housekeeping provided fresh towels and bedding as well as other key items like toiletries, dish soap, and garbage bags. There are also laundry facilities which are free (as of the time of this review) for guests to use! The residence also felt very safe, as they change the door code each month. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
