"The rooms are old and are in need of repair. In our room, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom door panel had separated from the doorframe; the grout and tile needed a deep cleaning. The towels were old and dingy and needed to be replaced, the T.V. would not work and when it did, it was only able to get one channel. There was not a "do not disturb" sign for the room so housekeeping came in whether we wanted them to or not. The front office was never open. We had to check-in and check-out at the store connected to the hotel. Overall, the room needed a deep cleaning."
