EXCELENTE ATENCIÓN!!! Muy buena predisposición y atención en la recepción, para dar solución a la necesidad. Muy buen desayuno y tragos. Cercano al centro de la catedral. Con SEGURIDAD en el acceso y en cercanías al mismo.

el hotel es muy bueno, habitaciones muy comodas, buenas camas, baño muy comodo, la pileta muy grande con parque aunque el agua es helada, muy dificil bañarse, nos ofrecieron la cena en el hotel que no estuvo del todo buena, un solo plato excaso y postre

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestros días alojados en este hotel. La habitación triple que nos asignaron fue muy amplia, cómoda, silenciosa y estaba muy bien equipada. Las instalaciones del hotel son modernas y hay sillones y mesas a disposición. El desayuno super completo y los productos de panadería fueron exquisitos. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y quiero destacar la excelente atención en el restaurant. Cenamos dos veces allí y la pasamos muy bien.

Estuve una noche el día 22 de abril. Lamentablemente con la realización de un evento de minería nos negaron la guardería de las valijas post check out y el uso de amenities que es estándar en todos los hoteles. Esto es anecdótico con lo que realmente molesto que es que, debido a la organización del evento los obreros estuvieron trabajando hasta largas horas de la noche y debido a la pobre insonorización, conciliar el sueño fue virtualmente imposible. Luego de esta experiencia no volveré, pero espero los futuros huéspedes reciban el respeto que merecen.

Hice la reserva el 4 de abril para el 22 de abril, con opción de late check out ya que mi vuelo sale a las 19:20. Me dijeron que me ponían en espera a confirmar. Jamás me avisaron que el 23 habría un evento de minería del banco macro que haría que no pudiera ni dejar en la guardería el equipaje ni disfrutar de las instalaciones después del check out, 10:30 debemos dejar las instalaciones del hotel. Literalmente el recepcionista me recomendó dos hoteles para esas horas antes de mi vuelo. Conseguí lugar pagando media estadía en el apart alameda, algo absurdo. Fui al spa, el sauna seco imposible de usar por el olor a humedad. La pileta externa llenas de hojas. En el baño de la habitación, los amenities usuales ausentes, solo shampoo y acondicionador y dos jabones. Y la ducha, adjunto fotos.

Es súper recomendable el hotel. L atención es muy buena. Excelente ubicación. Tiene una pileta muy buena, y gimnasio completo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas. El desayuno podría ofrecer algunas cosas más pero lo que ofrece está bien. El restaurante tiene un buen menú y es posible pedir servicio a la habitación. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme.

Muy buena experiencia en mi estadía, se encuentra a pocas cuadras de la plaza principal y peatonal. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. Tiene una linda piscina y se puede disfrutar de su terraza jardín. Al igual.que cenar en ella. La gastronomía es muy buena , buen desayuno y destaco la amabilidad del personal

Hermoso hotel, a pocas cuadras de la plaza principal. Las piezas amplias, cómodas y con excelente servicio de higiene en las mismas. Un hermoso jardín rodeado de árboles florecidos y una gran pileta. El servicio de comedor muy muy bueno .Excelente atención del personal.
