"Throughout my stay, I only encountered one staff member, and their attitude was consistently cold. This was a first for me in all my hotel experiences in Australia, and it left a very bad impression. Additionally, there's no elevator in the hotel, and the staircase is quite narrow. We struggled immensely to carry our suitcases up to the room, and then had to lug them down ourselves at check-out, with no one offering assistance – another unique experience on my Australian trip. As for the room, the bathroom was extremely small and had no window, essentially just a partitioned-off corner within the room. The head of the bed was against the windowsill, with no bedside tables, and the power outlets were quite a distance away, making it very inconvenient to charge my phone at night. In summary, while the hotel looks decent from the outside, it has numerous issues with its details."

The house was spacious, allowing for privacy, and the large balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the courtyard view. Cons: The room is quite old, the appliances are dated, and the oven's cleanliness needs improvement. The kitchen's hygiene should be more rigorously maintained. Not perfect."
