Finally, the breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of options. I ate the glutinous rice and noodles every day during my stay because they were so delicious!"

"The new house has the smell of wood, but no strange smell. It has floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can be awakened by the sounds of birds singing, flowing water, and roosters crowing in the early morning. Outside the window are rice fields and the Dong village. The room is very clean and there is mountain spring water nearby, from which everyone in the village gets water. When I left, I forgot my charger and facial cleanser, so the lady boss sent them to me. She is a very nice and welcoming person."

"What should have been a pleasant trip turned into a nightmare because of a room issue. As a long-time customer of this hotel, I've never experienced a hotel rejecting my booking two hours after I successfully placed and paid for it. They didn't even contact me to discuss changing to a different room type. When I finally discovered the rejection and called to inquire, they claimed that I listed the product without knowing if the hotel had rooms available, causing a discrepancy in information between the three parties. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive, saying things like, "Go ahead and complain if you want." Is this the kind of service training they give to star-rated hotels? Due to various reasons, I eventually chose this hotel again. They told me they had the room type I had booked before, but I had to pay 211 yuan more than my initial booking. The experience after checking in was truly appalling. The room was old, the sheets were torn, the shower water was inconsistently hot and cold, and I found lipstick stains on my coffee cup at breakfast—it hadn't been cleaned properly. There was even a large fly in the corn salad area. It was disgusting. I will never go back."

The parking fee was reimbursed. It was too important for parents and children to sleep comfortably. The experience was very good and the price was affordable."

"The experience was just so-so. The hygiene and environment were average. I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're bringing children. That laundry room really shocked me; see the picture for yourself. You have to manually hang your clothes to dry at home. Seriously, I was speechless. I went twice and couldn't get in either time, so I just gave up. I really don't recommend it."

Being surrounded by valleys, we had lush green views all around. Just a minor suggestion: there's no need to heat the spa tub in summer, as the natural water temperature is likely around 30 degrees Celsius."
