"I was invited here as a guest with friends and we had high hopes for our stay at Saronida Hills, but we were deeply disappointed. The cleanliness was below expectations; the apartment was poorly maintained. Despite being marketed as luxurious, the amenities were very anverage and the overall experience was far from what was promised. It’s also far away from shops and restaurants which was ok because we had a car, but it was another bad point. The view was great but it here are many other better places with equal or better views. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs."

"This is a really good modern property near the coast about 50 minutes South of Athens centre. The 2 bed apartment had everything you could want inside-air conditioning, lovely bathroom and shower, large beds and nice kitchen. Outside there is a wonderful pool area, chargeable sauna and hot tub. The cleaner is excellent and does a great job. So why not 5 stars? Two reasons: 1. You need a car. We didn’t have one and it’s a 10 minute walk to a couple of restaurants on the coast road. It is impossible to get to a supermarket. 2. There was no welcome food pack - some coffee, milk etc would have been great before you could get out-we did have some sweets and liqueur provided but some basics were needed. Also there was no chopping board or sharp knives. Overall a really great small modern apartment block with excellent facilities and fine if you have a car."

"The house owner was very devious in her ways not trying to understand our situation that our car broke down and that we could make it in her check in window. Kept on making it hard to meet her too, and she did not accept in our situation to move to another day! Terrible service even though her place looks nice. So we never managed to stay there...☹️ But Trip was fast to respond and help me with compensating me with a fully refund even though the owner refused to refund us several times and even threatened to call the authorities on us! Such house owners and hosts should be removed from all the platforms."

"This is definitely not a luxury experience. We arrived at the property but we could not stay here because it was so far from any shops or places to eat. It is also very basic. There is nowhere in walking distance to have breakfast or go to a shop. You have to drive everywhere. There are no staff on site. They send you an entry code on the day of your arrival for ‘self check in’ so it is very difficult to ask any questions. The pool is not heated and is very cold. When complaining about this and saying none of this was made clear to us, the owner and reservation staff were extremely uncooperative. They suggested we order breakfast by a ‘deliveroo’ like service and get taxis everywhere. We asked if they'd consider to refund one of the three nights but they refused outright and showed no flexibility or understanding. They're within their rights to do this because of the cancellation policy - but it shows a huge lack of hospitality experience and co-operation with guests. I strongly recommend to avoid Saronida hills."
