"The newly opened hotel was bright and clean. However, the bathroom drain was poorly designed; the one closest to the shower would clog, so the water drained from the other one in the middle. All four pillows were a bit too high, which isn't very comfortable for people with back problems. The owner could consider providing lower pillows. (By the way, it seems the beds here are just mattress pads without quilts; that's what I experienced in Dunhuang/Zhangye.) The service was very good. The breakfast was simple and palatable. The room price was reasonable. Overall, I was very satisfied."

"I've stayed at the Wowo Campsite more than once. The pristine white tents are scattered across the hillsides of the grassland, surrounded by lush green grass and blooming wildflowers. The rooms, with their Mongolian-style features, are basically fully equipped. Although it was early autumn, the rooms had electric heaters and electric blankets, and the standard rooms had bathrooms and hot water. Opening the door revealed the grassland and the blue sky with white clouds—this was exactly the kind of romantic feeling I was looking for!"

"The hotel is right next to the high-speed rail station, with convenient parking. It's about a 20-minute drive from the Second Military Horse Farm. The front desk was welcoming, the room was clean, and the bedding was new. There's a restaurant downstairs that serves home-style cuisine, making it a great value overall. The only downside was that the two pillows were a bit soft, so I'd recommend replacing them with one firm and one soft. The rapeseed blossoms along the way to the horse farm were beautiful!"

"The hotel is located on the edge of Shandan Horse Farm, and it's a campsite. It fulfilled my desire to camp on the grass! Early in the morning, I could see the horses clocking in at the horse farm across the street, and the mountains in the distance were shrouded in a celestial aura. It felt so refreshing to start the morning! The tents were fully equipped, with private bathrooms for showers, electric blankets, and heaters. The camp staff thoughtfully picked up and dropped off luggage by electric cart. They even helped me with my door card, as I was busy taking photos and had closed the door without my card! I'll definitely stay here again next time I go horseback riding at Shandan Horse Farm."

"The owner of the house is very clean and conveniently located near the horseback riding area. During my two-night stay, I not only went horseback riding, but also followed the owner's guide to a canyon hike, exploring the forest and river, picking mushrooms, and photographing the stars! The owner was very thorough and answered every question! The canyon behind the mountain is beautiful, and it feels like you're in Hemu Village in a flash! The star-filled sky at night is truly stunning. If you have a group, you can go to the grasslands together to enjoy the starry sky, which is even more beautiful. Just be sure to dress warmly! I personally think Shandan Military Horse Farm is worth visiting and would definitely return if I had the chance!"
