"Do not stay here. The staff was ungodly rude and disrespectful. Not to mention our bed had bedbugs in it. When I bright this to the managers attention he accused us of lying and refused a refund. My husband took him to the room and showed him the bugs and then he said we would get our refund. Still haven’t gotten a refund. If the guy would have talked to us calmly I wouldn’t be leaving such a bad review but he screamed as soon as he saw us at the front desk. This is not a safe place for kids to be as there was groups of men just hanging out in the parking lot. The bathroom was clean but everything needs updated. The sink was covered in hard water rust and the blankets were rough. The manager claimed the bed sheets would prevent the bedbugs from getting us so they didn’t have them. I highly do not recommend this hotel and will never be back to a location like this again. I will say tho that the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and nice to work with. However his “boss” was absolutely terrible."
