"Perfect for a stop on the way to Houston"

"⸻ I recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Shenandoah with my family, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I would rate this stay 0/10 and do not recommend it. From the moment we checked in, the experience started off poorly. The front desk clerks were rude and unwelcoming, which immediately set the tone for our stay. However, the biggest concern was safety. We were given a key to a room that was already occupied—an extremely dangerous and careless mistake that could have ended much worse. As a woman, this made me feel very unsafe, knowing that anyone could potentially be given access to our room the same way. We also booked two rooms, and both sets of keys repeatedly stopped working. Every time we left, we had to walk back to the office to have them reset, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The room itself was poorly stocked. There was only one face towel, one bath towel, and one hand towel in rooms meant for two guests. When we asked for additional towels, we were met with more poor customer service. Breakfast was also misleading. It is advertised as included, but all that was offered was a cold bagel. If you’re expecting a real breakfast, you will definitely be disappointed. Overall, this stay lacked basic hospitality, safety, and comfort. While you may get what you pay for, this experience was unacceptable on multiple levels."

"No hot water on 3 separate times trying to take a shower. Called downstairs twice , they told me boiler kept going out but did not try to meditate the problem at all. Poor customer service"

"Where to start ok first room they gave us and no AC or Tv in the room with a big hole in the wall. The second room microwave don’t work sounded like it was about to blow up also Tv didn’t work had to mess with the wires as get batteries for the remote. Ceiling had many places where  is was falling off."
