I really enjoyed our two day stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were all friendly and helped us settle in.The hotel has a laundry service and we were able to go to the eleventh floor and wash our clothes. The morning buffet breakfast was also very healthy and delicious. The hotel is near iconic sites in Shenyang, which makes it easy to travel around in Shenyang. Also, the Shenyang North Train Station is near the hotel. Less than 5 minutes. I would like to visit Shenyang again in the near future and hope to lodge again at this hotel. The room we stayed in was big and comfortable, but there was construction work happening above during the daytime. The breakfast was nice, but the location is quite far from the city center. Our online booking included one free late night snack, but we were neither informed nor received it. Service was okay, the lady serving us was polite.

Lift breakdown and need to wait very long for the lift. The 2 technician repair the lift keep smoking till the whole floor is full of cigarettes smoke

I took my wife, children and pets with me. I stopped in Shenyang on the way from Beijing to Harbin. Because I was traveling with my pets, I chose this Liyi Hotel after screening.
I originally thought that the so-called "pet-friendly" simply allowed pets to stay, but the service of this hotel was really attentive. The front desk staff also gave us a pet gift bag, which contained a hair remover and a pet urine pad. Although it was not very expensive, it made people feel that the service was really attentive.
Seeing that we were with our children, they also helped us upgrade the room type for free. The room facilities were very clean and new. The heater was turned on before entering the room, and it was warm as soon as I entered the room.
Friends who drove here can call the front desk staff to help open the ground lock in front of the hotel. Parking is free, but there are not many parking spaces in the hotel. If there is no place to park, you can only go to the paid parking lot in the community next to it.
In addition, the Huigong Street Night Market is next to the hotel. Even in winter, it is quite lively at night and there are many snacks.
