This is excellent hotel.Rooms neat ,clean and spacious. food is delicious.staff is cooperative.Mr.Mandeep ji helped us to book a new cab in immergency as our car was damaged due to one accident.the booked vehicle was also good.I will recommend this hotel to everyone for Shimla.

Staff was very cooperative and food was great.They have arrange milk and smash rice for my daughter which was good. overall Mr Manpreet owner and other people are helpful and guided very well for next journey towards Manali.Thank you for such great experience.

Nice rooms and attentive staff. Swimming pool also available. City view from the rooms is very nice and food is decent. Location of the hotel is little outside shimla but it is ideal for best views and less traffic. Overall I like the place and recommend.

Stay was average because hotel is charging a hefty amount although the rooms and wash room requires renovation. Even the stair case of the swimming pool was not fastened properly due to broken tiles. Room service is slow. Breakfast was fine and the staff therein was cooperative.

We watched Sunrise from our window, we could also see a railway track with Train passing by. The view is not that great otherwise. There was welcome drink. We had dinner and breakfast as part of our package. The food has good variety and was delicious. I'am giving an average rating instead of poor only because of the polite Staff and delicious Food. Showers have instant hot water as well. We stayed in First Floor, room was next to reception. Outdated room with wooden flooring coming off. It was not properly cleaned. Bathroom is also very old. Closet was too high up that your feet dangles when you are doing your business. We stayed only for a night, so didn't bother changing rooms. Restaurant is in Ground Floor. Renovation work ongoing in G floor. so Lift area was dirty and not well maintained. You don't want to see dirty corridor on your way to have your food. Hotel is in dire need of refurbishing.

This property is located at tara devi station and it is very far from mall road approx 8kms. Taxi charges will cost 500 rs one side and if your are lucky to get ride in train then it will cost you less than but timing will be 1 hr approx. My rating to hotel hygiene is 1 star reason the pillows, mattress were stinking and bathrooms water was leaking due to which bathroom floor was full of water. Hotel staff are good and supportive.
