"Owner clearly doesnt care about the condition of the property. Construction equipment in half the parking spaces as well as littered up against the "hotel." When we arrived in the room it was apparent that it had been heavily damaged and poor repairs were made. No toilet paper in the bathroom, let alone a toilet paper holder, you could see where the holder use to be. It had been removed and plastered over then covered with a rough coat of paint. I paid for two nights but the place was so run down and my wife did not feel safe so we just ate the loss on payment and found an actual hotel closer into Greenville. Safe yourself the hassle and just pay a bit more for another safer (and much cleaner) place."
