Great hotel in great location. Rod and Theresa in guest services were really nice and helpful. They were super kind at check in, and when I called down for anything. I needed soap and it was up and to my room in like 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet for 20$/person has a good amount of things to choose from and the waitresses are wonderful as well. Room was clean and big. We had plenty of towels and soaps and such. 12 minute walk to the battery and there was crossing guards to help cross Cobb Parkway to the game to keep everyone safe which was very awesome considering its a very busy road. We had an amazing time.

Nice room with amenities. Full kitchen. Full size fridge and plenty of room to put items unlike the small mini fridge of other hotels. Breakfast was good and a great start to the day. I liked the idea of parking and close entry to the room. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Many have branded themselves as top tier 5 stars but the Hyatt Regency is the HEAD OF THE CLASS in Total Package services, from staff to accommodations, personable staff from front desks to maids and managers. There is a climate and atmosphere that is incomparable and never disappoints. In my humble opinions, it's Hyatt-The Best and all others competing for 2nd place. Our family had an excellent experience with Holiday Inn Express. Not only did management (Alexander Hamilton) work closely with us to ensure our room would be available at the cheapest rate (CBA, baseball) the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with a smile upon our arrival and the check-in process was flawless. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast and the staff members working in that area were more than helpful! We plan to make a yearly trip to Atlanta for a baseball game and will definitely be staying at this hotel in the future!

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Silver Comet Trail and it was a very pleasant stay. We were greated warmly by the manager at check-in and every time we entered or exited the building. It is the personal touches like that that go a long way. There are several choices for dinning that are walkable which was another plus. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again if our bicycle travels bring us back to the Silver Comet Trail.

My stay was great. Camesha, Robbie, Daja, and Marie were all beyond amazing. I initially only planned to stay 1 week but ended up staying 6 months due to the great hospitality. Loved every moment. The staff was not just about “business” but they made it feel like family with all the great conversations I got to share with the employees. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel as long as Camesha and Robbie are managers. They were amazing. Thanks again.

I would stay there again if our bicycle travels bring us back to the Silver Comet Trail.

Picked this location due to its proximity to work trip site. Arrived to find the usual COVID cleaning update letter in the room explaining their enhancements and changes. Then walked into the bathroom to see lines of false eyelashes stuck to the wall. Tell me more about that enhanced cleaning...... eww. If you're COVID/masking conscious, be aware all front desk staff isn't masking, most travelors aren't either. Breakfast staff was masked. The TVs now have the option to control them from your cell phone with a QR code, which we enjoyed. Only other real complaint was the water pressure was really low and it took forever to get hot water in the shower and I was about to give up before it finally arrived. Otherwise this was a very average Fairfield stay. Would stay here again if needed.

It is a perfect location for anything at the Battery/Truist Park/Roxy. The staff is always friendly and the location is super clean. The rooms are very spacious. I made a reservation in June or July. I received a confirmation. I also received an email that states : Using a debit/credit card to check in? A hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through date of check-out. Holds may not be released for 72 hours from date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer. Click here if you need to modify or cancel your reservation. All fine. However. Hilton accepted my reservation and confirmed it with a credit card that had been replaced with a new card. I had no problem with the Hamptons the week before. Really didn't know it was my old number. Just didn't pay attention. The other 3 hamptons took the card I gave them AT CHECK IN as their policy states. All good. This one canceled my reservation when they tried to run the replaced card - prior to checkin - not in accordance with their written policy. The day of my arrival - they attempted to call me but would not leave a message. Also emailed me. I received the email 20 minutes or so after they sent it. I did see in my missed calls a call from Hampton. Immediately called. They had given my room away. So he sent an email at 12:50. I called at 12:57. And my room was gone. I asked to speak to mgr and emailed her, too. I still have not heard a word. 5 days have passed. Had a LOVELY stay - for less - at the Hyatt place nearby. Breakfast was also much higher quality than recent Hampton.

Our family had an excellent experience with Holiday Inn Express. Not only did management (Alexander Hamilton) work closely with us to ensure our room would be available at the cheapest rate (CBA, baseball) the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with a smile upon our arrival and the check-in process was flawless. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast and the staff members working in that area were more than helpful! We plan to make a yearly trip to Atlanta for a baseball game and will definitely be staying at this hotel in the future!

The hotel was extremely clean. It was a great feeling to walk in and smell that cleaning products were being used. The front desk keeper was very accommodating. I needed an extra night's stay and she not only helped me book another stay, but honored the price I saw online. The cleaning staff was very kind and made sure we were well taken care of. My husband didn't care for the location, so I am unsure how often we will frequent this hotel, but I would recommend hotel to others.
