"I booked this hotel after seeing its interesting description on Ctrip. I knew from the reviews that it's a self check-in hotel, so I was mentally prepared for that. However, upon arrival, when I called the hotel staff for the check-in code, I ran into an issue. It turned out I had provided an incorrect phone number during booking, which led to the hotel initially refusing to give me the code, and eventually, they even stopped answering my calls. Fortunately, I had local friends who helped me get in touch, and Ctrip customer service was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting me to reach the hotel. Eventually, I was informed that a credit card guarantee was required before they could provide the check-in code. A heads-up for fellow Chinese travelers: for security reasons, it's generally not advisable to share credit card details (including the three-digit CVV code on the back) over the phone. Therefore, Chinese guests planning to stay here will need to visit the front desk of their sister hotel, which is about a 2-minute drive away, to swipe their card and pay the deposit in person. This approach will help avoid many potential misunderstandings that might occur during phone communications."

"We were at the edge of a small town in Denmark. We arrived very late. The waiter just put the envelope with the door card and instructions on the door. There was no service and no breakfast. We drove out for a while in the morning and went to the town center. We found a dessert shop to buy something to eat and also bought a refrigerator magnet nearby. The scenery of the small town in Denmark is nice and worth a slow tour."
