Regarding the hotel facilities, the room was spacious, but since it's a wooden structure, the soundproofing wasn't great, and the water pressure was a bit low."

"Compared with the Fairmont brand, this hotel is a little weaker. The refrigerator has no electricity and the socket fell to the ground and was not found. The front desk asked me to pay an extra 100 euros to change the double bed and said that the room was very beautiful. After entering, it was old and gloomy. It was average."

"The location of the inn is perfect, just a few steps from Sonoma Square and opposite the excellent restaurant The Girl and the Fig. Check in was smooth with instructions sent by SMS and it was self service check in and check out. We didn’t see any staff during our stay. The room (Jasmine) was very cozy and the bed was comfortable with high quality linen and towels. The bathroom had a huge bath tub but a very poor shower. The room was tiny with no space for luggage. Breakfast was a pasty and a jug of coffee. For some reason my friend who booked another room had two pastries delivered each morning when I had one. Not a big deal but both rooms were booked for 1 person. I’d prefer a cheaper rate and no breakfast- there are good options in the square. Overall we enjoyed our stay and as accommodation is pricey in Sonoma this was quite good value."
