"I booked 2 rooms for a 3-night stay at this hotel for my son and I through Trip.com. Upon arrival, my son’s bed had no bedding, no sheets or pillowcases, as noted in reviews which I wasn't aware. His bathroom had a strong odor, and mine was unclean, a stinky serious health issue. Neither of our room phones worked, calls to the front desk (option 3 on the main hotel line) were consistently disconnected. On our first night (06/21/25), the Wi-Fi went down and remained unavailable through the next day (06/22/25). I reported the issue to a female front desk employee, who said she had spent three hours on the phone with customer service before giving up. She stated it might be restored by Monday (06/23/25), but service never resumed. Despite promoting free Wi-Fi, the hotel failed to provide a stable wifi connection. She blamed a storm, but online reviews dated 06/20/25 indicate the issue began earlier. Due to the poor room conditions and lack of Wi-Fi, my son left early. A housekeeper let me into his room earlier in the day, and acknowledged his departure. I attempted to notify the front desk after I returned from taking him home around 9:00 PM, but the office was closed and the phones still inoperable. I followed up the next morning and again at checkout (06/24/25), requesting a credit for my son's 3rd night due to their bad wifi service. The male front desk staff said they had no record of my son’s early departure, which is understandable given the office was closed and unreachable by phone and they already know this. I had to pass the front desk office upon entering the hotel's driveway to return to my room, all the lights were off. I also filed a complaint via Trip.com’s customer service on 06/22/25, and the staff at trip.com has called them multiple times and sent multiple emails as well. The hotel has denied a refund, citing a late return of the key, ignoring that their office was closed, wifi was down and contact methods unavailable. They lied stating they have no complaints on file, but I have proof I emailed them on 06/22/25 and they have cameras allegedly. I will be seeking justice and escalating this matter by sharing my experience EVERYWHERE to warn other EVERYONE!"

"First stop for our trip to US. Spacious and clean room. Close and convenient to the places we were visiting. Have everything we need. Not a lot of choices for breakfast but good enough for us."

"We stayed for one night in the Holiday Inn at Drexel Hill. We were just in Philly to see the BabyMetal show over at the TD Mann Amphitheater. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and updated this hotel was. We had no issues at all and the staff was very friendly. Before the concert we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service and the food was great and appropriately priced. It was close the arena, it has a wonderfully large parking lot which you do not have to pay extra for, and they have security as well. Not that we felt the area was unsafe. The area was very nice and I never had any security concerns. If we come back to see another show in the city we'll be booking at this hotel again."

"I've never stayed in such a dirty hotel in my life. There was a used condom in the hallway, trash everywhere, and a party on the ground floor. The elevator smelled awful; everything was filthy. The room was beyond belief—I'll post pictures. When I turned on the tap in my room, it clogged instantly. I only had a spa sheet and a duvet. I strongly advise against staying here."

"only stayed for 1 night and was only there to sleep pretty much, but I forgot my phone charger at home by accident, my car phone charger stopped working randomly, then I bought a new charger from the royal farms by the hotel and guess what? It didn't work. I went to the front desk and the asked if they had any by chance and unfortunately they did not and couldn't find any left behind either. The girl that night let me use her charger for the night and told me I could just give it to whoever was there when I checked out the next morning and let them know it was hers. I will never forgot that, it was so nice and saved me. I was in a new state, by myself. So I was so thanktul. Overall, was a pretty good stay, just wasn't there very long!! Really wish I could remember the"

"The hotel is well located if you need to travel and quite close to the city, the rooms look very good. And the best is breakfast. Parking is free as is breakfast. I recommend it."
