Yuemeng Hotel Reviews

Location was really good. There are several malls near the hotel and the subway station is only 10 minutes footwalk away. The hotel was clean overall but at some places a bit run down. Bed sheets had some holes and some amenties were a bit old but overall didn't affect the cleanliness. The hotel also has a SPA at the fourth floor but sadly it was closed for renovation during my stay. Overall good choice for the price. Would book again for shorter stays!

I felt their service was excellent and thoughtful. The facilities were also very complete, with self-service laundry machines that include a dryer. The cleanliness was also very well maintained, and everything in the room looked very tidy. Plus, the location is great, making shopping very convenient as there are several large shopping malls nearby. I will definitely come back again. The bed was very comfortable, and although breakfast was simple, everything looked fresh and tasted delicious.

The hotel room is spacious, tidy and the mattress is comfortable. The breakfast is buffet style and has a variety of choices.

It was a nice stay ,stayed there for 2days the first day we got in the shower was broke but they fixed it as soon as they saw it ,it’s clean

We just completed a five night stay at the Yuemeng and really enjoyed our visit.  The location is great if you need to be in this area; if you are looking to visit Gusu or other parts of Suzhou, it is just a 10-15 minute walk to the nearby metro station, so easy to get around.   We stayed in the Dream Move Suite, which was fantastic.  The room is very large, with a great big bathtub and entry way, and very comfortable bed and bedroom.  We stayed in a corner room, which was extremely quiet.  We had some business to conclude and are on the last days of a. lengthy China trip and found the Yuemeng a very restful place.  Breakfast was simple Chinese fare but very good.  There are several shopping malls in the area, so no shortage of restaurants and shops within 10 minute walking distance.  The young ladies at the front desk were great and very helpful to us throughout the stay. The housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff were also very kind.  We would recommend the Yumeng if staying in this area of Suzhou.

Very basic hotel and a little outdated. A little bit of a musty smell but you get what you pay for. It's not expensive.

This hotel should not be listed as 3 diamonds, it is at the very most 2. Despite a comfy bed, the room was in dire need of renovation/repair.

The hotel was very good and clean. The amazing part is, at this cheaper price hotels ambience was very good.

Don't come here. +30 upgraded me to a large suite with a living room. The environment is dirty and the decoration is poor. The internal facilities give me a feeling of the last century. I think it's possible that the facilities of those old hotels were dismantled and renovated and installed in this room. Although it is a holiday price, 280 yuan for such a night is really a breakthrough for the hotels I have stayed in, so I'm offline. There are moths as soon as you enter the door, and there are dead mosquitoes lying in the toilet when you open it. The floor drain in the shower is blocked, and the water cannot leak quickly and will form a small lake over your feet. It's my bad luck to stay in this hotel at this price in 2025. I didn't do much homework at the time and made a hasty decision, but I didn't expect it to be so bad. I can understand the simplicity and plainness, but the environment and sanitation and decoration quality, the paint on the ceiling is cracked and the putty is not wiped clean, it's really a good idea to save one. Everyone in the same price range should not come to this hotel. The pictures are not taken well, because they are really a bit disgusting. I don't have the mood to take detailed pictures for you to see.

The breakfast in this hotel is amazing, with a wide variety of options. I can eat a full meal every day to refuel for a day of sightseeing. Moreover, the environment of the hotel is very fresh and generous. Living here gives me a very good stay experience.
