Hengli Hotel is really considerate and enthusiastic. During my stay, I was impressed by the service attitude of the hotel housekeeper, Miss Jiang Yining. She introduced me from the front desk to the guest room bit by bit. The little girl who loves to laugh, her warm smile and meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel the warmth of home. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, which brought me an extremely comfortable experience for my stay. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, such a room is very satisfying. The bedding in a hotel is very good, with soft mattresses, clean sheets and bedding, which brings me sweet dreams every night. The breakfast provided by the hotel is varied and nutritionally balanced, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, meeting the taste needs of different guests, making every breakfast a wonderful enjoyment. In the future, Lao Suzhou will still choose Hengli Hotel.

The room is big, the bedding is comfortable, I stayed for three consecutive days, the price-performance ratio is high, but the breakfast is average, there are many people during the Chinese New Year, there are many varieties and the quality is not good, the vegetable salad egg tart coffee is not bad. It is far from Pingjiang Road, and it costs 30 or 40 yuan to take a taxi to the Humble Administrator's Garden. You can also take a taxi to the nearest Xinjiaqiao Station on Line 2 when going to the North Station. You can store your luggage at the Shantang Street subway station, and it is very convenient to go to the railway station when you go shopping.

This Yoko Apartment Hotel is so lovely! The environment is impressive, especially the apartment suite, where my friend and I felt like home. I met the sales general manager Han by chance in the restaurant and he treated me warmly. He introduced the hotel's operations and long-stay discounts. Double the affinity. From now on, I will have another favorite place to live for a long time. Manager Zhang of the restaurant greeted all guests with a smile and asked whether the dishes were satisfactory or not. His serious attitude towards work made us feel caring. Moreover, the hotel's breakfast was rich in variety and delicious. From the time we checked in, the front desk staff was responsive to our requests, and every employee we met was very considerate and attentive. You can see the atmosphere of the hotel. There are large theaters and museums nearby, and there is a musical fountain show on the reading platform! The night is beautiful. The air is fresh and I will come here every month to enjoy myself. Very praiseworthy!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful experience with wonderful surroundings and great service. Also if you have pets, you may want to bring your dog along to share in your experience the beautiful views as an added bonus. I was informed that they have pet food and additional compliments to cater for your dog! Wonderful! One my first day, I was warmly greeted by 小雨 who speaks English very well. She answered all my questions and made the trip super smooth and comfortable. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Special thanks for her and her professional and friendly service. Breakfast is a buffet with an extensive selection to cater for western and eastern tastes. The Hot springs were a much needed relaxing part of the trip and it was included in the price of the room where you can visit once per day. The rooms are very clean with the aroma of essential oils. The insulation was great so you never hear the sound of your neighbours once the doors are closed. My room had a balcony with seats which you could use the space to hang out, read & do yoga if you choose! Overall- no faults! Just perfect with a friendly team from the front desk, the gardeners, the chefs- everyone made it a memorable experience.

Fantastic environment, quiet and calm. If you want to spend some quality time without any chaos that is the place you should choose. The hotel staffs are also friendly and some of them can speak English which is good. The rent is also within budget (actually you will be amazed after seeing the amenities inside the room). From my perspective, I will rate 10/10.

Suzhou is the back garden of Shanghai. For those of us who like gardens, Wujiang Hotel can be called a relaxing green world in our busy lives. Although the location is not in the city center, the advantage is that the environment is elegant and the whole atmosphere is very nice. It’s really nice! I met the head chef several times and enthusiastically introduced the dishes. The daily breakfast and dinner buffets constantly change their menus according to the seasons. The braised pork noodles for breakfast are the most authentic we have ever eaten in Suzhou. The white-chopped chicken and salted duck for dinner are great, and the sashimi is also very fresh. Because the hotel I stayed in for the 4.6 East Taihu Half Marathon was by the East Taihu Lake and opposite the Sasseur Outlet. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in might have a problem. It was getting hotter and hotter in the cooling mode. I couldn't stay here after running the next day. I was glad that I didn't come back too early. It is worth praising that the hotel moved up the breakfast time to 6:30 because of the half marathon. This is worth praising. The front desk receptionist also took the initiative to remind and asked if I was participating in the marathon. The feeling was good, which shows that the hotel was attentive and seized the opportunity to provide good service.

The hotel is relatively new as a whole, and the network is still being debugged, so although the TV is quite big, it can be used as a display. It is a little regrettable. After all, it is so cold. Other facilities in the room are good, clean, air-conditioning is strong, the space is quite large, there is a intimate hot milk biscuit at night, very warm Afternoon tea Wujiang special four bowls of tea, although not used to this taste, it can be regarded as understanding the local customs, it is recommended to boil the egg with some sugar, the taste will be delicious. The overall stay feels like, but the front desk brother service is very serious, the milk delivery lady is very kind, like, I hope the hotel will improve the service facilities, will come again

Very, very, very good experience! The store took the initiative to communicate with us about the room type before check-in. The rooms are very clean and each room has a separate bathroom, which is very convenient. There are mahjong tables and game consoles, pure time killer 👏 The Chinese food in the yard is super delicious, and no one stepped on thunder after ordering a few dishes. The price is very reasonable in the farmhouse, and the amount of dishes is very large. There are a few caged cats in the lobby and at the entrance of the western restaurant. There is a small farm behind the house, there are sheep, ducks, geese and rabbits running around. There are a few small villas with many rooms, and it feels quite suitable for group building.
