We stayed in the Deluxe King room with a city view and had an excellent stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Every single staff member was unbelievably professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Western and Chinese options. We also enjoyed interesting cocktails in the lounge bar.

St Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!

The Shangri-La, Tianjin, is, and has always been our favorite Hotel to visit. This week was a special celebration for us, as we celebrated our 15th Wedding anniversary, as well as our 4th consecutive year in China. We relocated to another City / Province, about two years ago, and was unable to visit and enjoy our special Shangri-La. Prior to us moving from Tianjin, we used to celebrate all our special occasions and milestones, at this branch of Shangri-La. We would always spend our Christmas, New Years, and Chinese New Year's at Shangri-La. Now that we have returned to Heibei, we look forward to continuing this tradition. Things change over time, some familiar faces are no longer working there. However, the new team made us feel right at home again, and went out of their way to make our stay most memorable and special. As I mentioned to one of the team members, it's not the spectacular Lobby Lounge, nor the beautifully decorated features, that make the establishment, but rather the people. Without quality staff and superior service, no establishment can ever rely on reoccurring business. For as long as these values are in place, this Shangri-La can be certain of our patronage. All team members provided excellent service, from the bellhop, to the waitresses, from the front of house to the housekeeping and of course the management team. Special thanks to ”Francis”, the new General Manager, ”Danny”, the Food and Beverage Director, as well as ”Billy”, the ”Food and Beverage” Manager. This trio of Management, ensured that we received the best service possible. Lastly, we would like to thank ”Roger” whom assisted us with a Driver / Transportation, upon our early departure. No visit to Tianjin, would ever truly be complete, with visiting The Shangri-La. See you soon.

Praise the cleaning sister, it needs to be not perfect, but it can be seen that it is very careful, the place has been re-draged before the check-in, and the attitude is good.  Although the hotel's public relations response is first-class, especially the female manager and the little brother wearing a sweater. But will not live again, the hotel was originally designed to go to the main entrance of the street is useless, all through the parking lot. At the moment of arrival, I almost thought it was closed, and the gate of the parking lot was dirty and narrow and there was a trash can next to it. I almost wanted to give up but I thought I came. I entered the lobby and it was bright and bright. But the entrance and exit of the parking lot really can't stand it. It will be really embarrassing if the business trip is sent to the door. Except for the projection light, there is no hotel inside.  And Trip.com's rights and interests are almost all rejected, except for early check-in that almost anyone can enjoy. Upgrades are rejected and late check-out is rejected. There is basically no problem with other hotel rights. It is rejected here, a little bit not generous enough. Provide rights on the platform and then refuse.

This happened twice. Thanks to the trip.com team - the issue was resolved by calling. TV has no foreign channels. ”Smart Home” is friendly only for Chinese citizens. If you don't know Chinese, I don't recommend staying here.

I went to Tianjin to watch a show with my classmates. I originally booked a special big bed online. After I arrived at the store, I upgraded to business for free. The room was much bigger. The room was called after I swiped in the card. I didn’t need to insert the card. The room was pretty clean. The toilet and shower are separated into two compartments, which do not affect each other. It seems like a passage outside the window, not the street view outside, which is a bit embarrassing😂. The location is not bad, behind the Hang Lung Plaza, it is very convenient to the commercial street and where we are going. The front desk service was not bad, I was very busy and helped us to photocopy the materials, and gave us a bottle of water when we checked out.

This hotel is in a GREAT location for tourists (near heaps of great restaurants and bars - scenic area and Heping Road shopping) or business travellers (I was attending a conference at the Meijiang conference centre) and has really lovely big modern rooms. The downsides - there is only 1 lift for all 10 floors (which are dispersed throughout 24 floors) of the hotel so the wait for the lift can be frustrating, also the reception staff struggled with the fact I had made 2 separate bookings (to separate work from personal travel) for the same room even though it was carefully explained in Chinese and a note should have been recorded against the room - instead it meant my room wasn’t serviced properly on my last full day and also my room keycard was deactivated. The irritations aside, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again as the rooms really are so nice.

An old hotel suitable for both business and vacation. I chose it again during the holiday and it was still comfortable. The location is opposite Hebei Road on Wudadao. The room is large and bright, the bedding is fluffy and comfortable to sleep, and the pillows are one buckwheat and one down; the bathroom is also relatively flush when it rains, and there are bathrobes, all of which are very new.
