Both service and location is amazing. For both traveling and business trip, the location is top notch. For transportation, you get access to hibiya line, Ginza line, yurakucho, shinbashi station which pretty much goes to everywhere. Ginza is right next to it, which is famous for shopping and food. You will have no trouble accessing any place in Tokyo with these lines. For business, mainly it is held at either marunouchi or kasumigaseki(government) both locations are very close. If you want to walk around in nature. There is a big park right in front of the hotel. Very satisfied with the location. Service is great as well, they pretty much solve any problems or question I had.

My family and I used it to celebrate my husband's birthday. When I returned to the hotel after turndown, a birthday message, a bouquet of flowers, and a small gift had been left for me. Their subtle care is wonderful. Also, all of the drinks I received upon arrival were replenished, which I was really grateful for. Check-in was done while relaxing on the sofa, just like the Toranomon edition. However, the difference is that we receive a welcome drink service and a towel with a relaxing and soothing scent of vetiper and petitgrain, which is different from the edition's signature fragrance black tea, and the fatigue of traveling will melt away. I did. The customer base is different from Toranomon, it is less lively and has a more cozy atmosphere. Although the hotel is new, the staff's pleasant friendliness and polite and kind consideration are wonderful. You can explore various things in Ginza while taking a break, and the hotel's architecture and interior will stimulate your senses, so it's definitely a great way to spend your vacation. is. The only thing that bothered me was the loud noise from the air conditioner coming from near the entrance of the room. That's it. The humidity control is also great, but I wondered why. Hotel staff is friendly and can speak english. The room is sizeable for 2 persons. There is a water dispenser on the floor which we stayed on. The hotel also dedicated a shelf at the reception stocked with necessities (eg. Shaver, shaving cream, cotton buds, even basic make up) which you can take. There is also a coffee machine, orange juice and water dispenser at the reception. Best part about the hotel is the location. It is very close to Ginza Station (just a short 5mins walk) and just next to the main shopping belt of Ginza with the luxury and other big brands. There is also a Family Mart and Lawson nearby, as well as a cafe downstairs and Starbucks near the hotel. Downside is the toilet looks a little old. But we are not fussy about it as it is clean enough, and for the affordable price paid, the hotel is a great find!

Perhaps there is a considerable difference in the satisfaction of the stay on the lower or higher floors from the street facing the room. The lower floor facing the opposite side of the hotel entrance is painful because of the cheers of the shop staff at night and the horn of the car until after midnight. The bad scenery doesn't bother me if the curtains are closed, but the sound comes in. I also feel that the bed width is short, but is it okay for foreigners? The bath is spacious in a compact but luxurious room, but the noise is crushing their advantages. I stayed for the theater and it was convenient because it was close to the theater and the station, but I don't want to stay again if I was assigned to the room on the back alley.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights during New Year’s holiday. We really loved staying there. The room is not very spacious but the layout and size is adequate for us given the hotel is located in Tokyo. The room is clean with very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great as it is in the centre of Ginza. A convenience store is just on the ground floor of the hotel. We definitely would love to stay there again.

The hotel is super well located in Ginza. You are close to the subway making it a breeze to get anywhere in Tokyo. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is super clean BUT the rooms are rundown, dark and old. They are in desperate need of a remodel and there's signs all over the place that they will close in May for a remodel. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that one day I left at around 8 am and came back at 3 pm and housekeeping had not stopped by. When I called I was told housekeeping stops working at 4 pm and they needed an hour to clean the room, I had requested housekeeping in the morning and no one could tell me why they hadn't come earlier. Since I had to get ready for the an event at Ariake Arena I did not have housekeeping done that day but they gave me fresh towels. I booked my trip last minute and this was one of the only options left with Marriot the didnt cost $500 a night. But I wont be staying here again.

We were very impressed by the Aloft Hotel in Ginza. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the three rooms which our party stayed in were fantastic. Whoever designed the rooms should be congratulated as they offered lots of useful additions that we haven’t noticed before. For example, the magnetic bedside shelf (no more phones or iPads falling off), the hot steam iron, the fabric spray (and plenty of coat hangers), a superb shower area and the modern Toto toilet. The daily breakfast in the Warehouse was first class too! The rooms were far better than we were expecting and all the staff that we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The hotel was an easy walk from the Higashi Ginza metro (underground) station which was a relief as our party of 6 had lots of suitcases between us. And it was just a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the Imperial Palace grounds. Five star all round!!!
