"First of all, the person in charge of the hotel did not come forward to resolve the deposit issue throughout the process, and only Ctrip’s customer service followed up and handled it diligently. The hotel’s handling attitude was very unsatisfactory. 1️⃣ For hotels marked with 0 deposit on the Ctrip platform, a deposit of 500 yuan per room is required when checking in, which was not fully refunded after check-out. After calling the hotel, the explanation given was that the deposit should be refunded in full. Due to employee error, only 158 yuan of the 1,000 yuan deposit was refunded. It was only after repeated communication and complaints with Ctrip that the deposit was fully refunded the next afternoon. I can’t figure out why only 158 yuan of the deposit that was directly refunded in full was refunded? Why can't the remaining deposit be refunded immediately? 2️⃣ I called the front desk three times in the hotel room but none of them answered. So what is the purpose of the telephone in this room?"
