The advantages are overall cleanliness, attentive service, beautiful scenery and moderate location. When we checked in on 3/25, the elevator was broken (it has been broken since 3/22). I am almost 83 years old. Although I can climb stairs, I would rather use them in a hotel than on stone and wooden bridges in scenic spots. It's unreasonable for a rather large hotel to only have one elevator. In addition, although it is not summer, it is quite hot. We turned off the heater, but the leaking heater still made the room very hot. There are two bedrooms, fortunately one has a window that can be opened. In the living room, we asked for a fan. Having said that, we will still consider staying here next time we go to Wuzhen, for example to watch a drama.

Wuzhen Tong'an Inn is located in Wuzhen West Scenaric Area. Very convenient location. Decoration theme of the lobby made me felt like I stayed in the ancient house. Facility in room is very good. There is no elevator but hotel staffs helps carried my luggage to my room. Staffs were nice with good service mind but none of them can speak English and I have to use Baidu and Google Translation to talk with them. There are various food for breakfast and the taste is very OK.

When I took my little one to visit Wuzhen again, I chose Jintang. The service was better than the previous time. Guanjia Xiaohua contacted us in advance and added WeChat, confirmed the arrival time, and helped reserve a parking space. When they arrived, Xiaohua and Yiyi were already waiting in the parking lot, helping to carry their luggage all the way to the room, and they had already upgraded the room. The second time I came to Xizha, the service was still excellent. Xiaodai started communicating and sending parking location one day in advance. When we arrived, Xiao Dai and his son picked us up in the parking lot and took the battery car to the hotel. Our room was also upgraded and the two rooms were put together. I had a great experience staying in this room also only 1 night.. The girl at the front desk were nice and friendly and the owner gave me discount 20% when had lunch or dinner. The room was clean, the hotel is facing the street but it's not loud at night. It is so quite. The wifi worked smoothly. You only need to walk for 5 minutes to Wuzhen and XiXia. Perfect place to have a relaxing moment after a big day of walking around Wuzhen, Xixia and DongXia. There are always many restaurants, small shop and coffee or milk tea places around the hotel.
