"Family meal, two starters and one plate each. The starters, some really good croquettes, good and abundant chistorra, the main course was baked rice, which was easy to eat, but could be improved, a boneless rib and some cannelloni. absolutely inedible seafood. The restaurant was spectacular in the house, but on the table instead of a tablecloth there were some kind of napkins, the waitress who served us with a too commercial style. We had to ask for the bill four times. The terrace was very pleasant, but surprisingly they don't serve meals"

Apartamentos Spa Villa Pasiega ★★★

"We booked the apartments which are by the main hotel. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 4. We had a massive queen sized bed in main bedroom, with a separate room sort of bunk beds, as the bed pulled out from under the other so alot better than bunk style. Bed were so comfy and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a spa bath (kids loved this). Our room had robes to use for the spa and plenty of spare towels if needed. We hired a car as I did my research before we went as around 15minutes drive to beach which is stunning and a surfers paradise. 20minute drive to the local nature park which I highly recommend, with cable cars and full of all types of wildlife. Defiantly need a car to get round all the areas as I think it's 750 acres of park. The local luna supermarket had everything we needed as we stayed bed & breakfast. The breakfast was lovely, you need to ask for eggs, sausage & bacon as not self served as cooked fresh and pancakes too. But they offer continental style, lots of fruit, yummy cakes and croissants, variety of breads with a toaster, yogarts and fresh squeezed orange juice. The Spa in apartments was lovely, Our boys wanted to be in there everyday but could do a slight revamp in some parts. We went into the hotel spa which is amazing, so much to do in there with sauna, various jacuzzis styles, hottubs but after 7pm no children as adults only. It's a small village so not much to do here but very peaceful and the views from our Appartment were stunning mountain views. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside I would say is there do have parties of various styles at the hotel which we wasn't told about but we didn't mind as went for a drive out & explored the area. Would recommend as a true Spanish relaxation get away. We would recommend 👌"

"One of the main reasons we chose this accommodation was the common areas it offered, but neither the gardens, terrace, children's play areas, dining room, nor the pool were in acceptable condition. The garden was covered in dog feces, guests left the dishes, microwave, etc., dirty, and the microwave itself was also dirty. Board games were missing pieces, the swings had wires and sharp edges, and floor tiles were loose. The jacuzzi is 200 meters from the accommodation, even though the advertising suggests it's in the same building. The rooms were fine, with daily cleaning and adequate service. The breakfast was average, but the ants in the honey... :( It left much to be desired."
