"Excellent service! 👍 We arrived at 11:30 AM in the pouring rain and were given a room. We were also upgraded to a river view room. The hotel is in a great location, perfect for walking and running along the river. The BBQ restaurant not far from the hotel had a long line even on rainy days, and the food was good and reasonably priced."

"Tina is a very attentive host. Pricing is very affordable, and the cancellation policy is very generous. The breakfast was very big with many breakfast options. I stayed in the Urzan Room and found it to be very comfortable. Private bathroom assigned to the Urzan room is down the hall but it was a nice large bathroom and very clean. Off street parking with cameras is a nice add on. If I have business in Troy, I would definitely stay there again."
