"The guesthouse is run by an elderly couple in their eighties, and they are very kind. The room is spacious, with a whole persimmon tree as the central pillar and plenty of solid wood trim, exuding Japanese luxury. The gentleman said this room is prioritized for couples, so solo travelers will have to try their luck. Breakfast and dinner are Japanese family-style meals plus, with sashimi or sushi served for dinner. By the way, the lady's grilled fish and soup are absolutely amazing—a taste you can't find in restaurants. If you speak Japanese, you can chat with them. The gentleman used to be the local postmaster and has many interesting stories to tell."

"I went a little earlier than the check-in time, but he checked in! The view of the port was so good that I could see the cute children swimming in the sea. The boss was so friendly and the facilities were clean! The location is a bit far from the port, but it is close to Nishidomari Beach!"

"If you are traveling near Hitakatsu Port right in front of the port, I definitely recommend it. It is good value for money. Breakfast is also clean and good. Accommodations are small, which is typical of Japan. However, it is a bit disappointing that there is no space to eat privately, even at a convenience store. And be sure to bring personal hygiene products."

The bed was spacious and fluffy, so I slept well. There were many restaurants near the hostel and it was so nice in the morning because it was a view of the sea The boss was so kind and checked out and left my luggage for free. I was comfortable traveling on the last day I will book again next time I go ** !!"

It was even better that we had the entire house to ourselves as a family of five. Just like the name suggests, we had a wonderful rest in a place filled with the scent of cypress wood!"

"If you are going to Miuda Beach or renting a car, I recommend it! It's possible to walk, but rental car must be ...ㅎㅎ It's under the mountain, but there were no bugs in the room! Clean, towel shampoo rinse body wash is provided. However, if you don't like the feeling of a shared house that uses the bathroom and toilet kitchen together and rents a room, I recommend you to consider it again. It was a house with a Japanese fishing village feel! 🌊"
