"The service itself is good. I requested an early check-in and this was arranged without any issues. The shuttle bus is also a very good service, and the gym is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dusty. The desk was covered in a sticky residue, and dust was visible in all the corners. These rooms clearly have not had a proper deep cleaning in a very long time. I tipped the cleaning staff $20 on both days in the hope of better cleaning, but sadly this made no difference. In addition, the heating system did not work, and both lamps in the room were also not functioning. While the service staff tries their best, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms are far below the standard expected."
