"The scenery is unbeatable, especially the lake-view rooms. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, suitable for families. Breakfast includes basic food; if you want eggs, ham, etc., you need to order them separately for an extra charge. The service is just average; the hotel staff are polite but not particularly enthusiastic. The shower faucet in the room I checked into was actually broken. When I mentioned it the next day, the front desk just said "Sorry" without any explanation."

"We stayed at the inn on a snowy December weekend. The inn is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We chose the Chardonnay room on the 2nd floor of the main house. The bed and bathroom are luxurious and the gas fireplace is gorgeous. The innkeepers and owners are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We took several of their recommendations. As far as amenities, we used the sauna in the spa next door and we also booked an outside fire to be set up. There is also an outside hot tub you can request. Breakfasts are delicious and focus on actual local food sources. Thank you to Rose, Melissa, Rachel, and the team for making my birthday stay so special!"
