Ramada Encore - Labasa Damodar City
"They wanted to charge an extra $120 fjd to check in early - which was insane! so even though the room was ready, they refused to let me in unless i paid and extra cost. Location is great - walkable everyhwhere. Room is small but alright if travelling alone \Facility is good"
Naveria Heights Lodge ★★★★
"A very charming place to stay with great attention to detail to make sure everything was special. The beautiful view is the reward of the lodge being in an elevated setting. The host Sharon takes great pride in making your stay memorable. Such a rare experience to be able to feel removed from town but close enough to get to if you chose. Highly recommend this lodge to enjoy the true beauty and experience of Fiji."
Gecko Lodge Fiji ★★★
"My husband, our two sons in their early twenties and I spent two night in this beautiful, clean, and conveniently located place. We were lucky to be first guests in the lodge which reopened after being closed for over two years. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He arranged for our transportation, helped us to plan which places to visit in the area, and introduced us to Ana, an amazing local guide who also offers heavenly massages. We stayed in a room with ocean view and we truly enjoyed watching ocean sunsets from our balcony. The spacious room had two queen beds and one twin bed, dining table and a little kitchen with a small fridge. It comes with its own big bathroom and air conditioning. There is a bigger communal kitchen on the property together with outside dining area. The whole property is beautifully maintained and our room was absolutely spotless."
Namale Resort & Spa – All Inclusive ★★★★★
"If your looking for the most romantic destinations in Fiji, look no further than the Namale Resort & Spa. I searched the internet for months attempting to find the perfect place for my wife an I to spend our 50th Anniversary. I was looking for somewhere special, and man did I find it. Namale Resort sits on over 500 acres with only 22 Bures and Villas, which makes for the most peaceful and relaxing place we have ever been. The STAFF made this trip special. The resort is great, but it's the staff makes you feel like part of the Namale family. The staff and management prepared a surprise dinner for our 50th Anniversary evening that brought my wife and I too tears. We had gone to the main restaurant for dinner, but upon arrival, we were serenaded with an anniversary song and then taken to the second restaurant, which was opened for just the two of us. We were escorted through the restaurant to our seaside table along a path of lighted candles and flower pedals. Dinner was fantastic and what a view. The staff and management made this trip and our special day of 50 years together the most memorable of all and again, more watery eyes. Thanks for the memories."
Daku Resort ★★★
"We had a relaxing time at Daku resort in between major diving on Taveuni and then Kadavo. It was both my birthday and Mother’s Day and the resort surprised me with a delicious cake sung in by 10 U.S. Navy personnel who took time off from their humanitarian Middle East operations to serenade me with ‘Happy Birthday, Happy Long Life' !!!! It was very sweet, indeed, and definitely made my day:)"
Koro Sun Resort & Rainforest Spa ★★★★
"The service staff is very friendly and greets you with a smile every day. The water is very clear, but there is no soft sand. There is an adult pool and a children's pool with a slide. The children like to play there very much."
Fiji Lodge Vosa Ni Ua ★★★
"The worst part was that they gave me the Wi-Fi password and I was able to access it, but the Wi-Fi was immediately switched off and I was told that it was solar-powered so I could only charge it on sunny days. There was no lock on the room and the air conditioning was just for show and I couldn't use it. There were also extra charges for meals. I don't think I've ever experienced such a terrible accommodation."
Savasi Island Resort ★★★★★
"The Lagoon villa we stayed in was lovely. Clean, nicely furnished, comfy bed, crisp, white sheets. Two sinks in bathroom, large open shower. We spent alot of time sitting out by our small, private pool. It was so peaceful. The staff, beginning with Ma, was seriously friendly and so helpful. Not the best resort for off-the-beach snorkeling. The tides are extreme. You have to catch them right in the middle between low and high to avoid stronger currents. We did take a free kayak out in front of the hotel's restaurant and the snorkeling was good. Large tropical fish darting around, with lots of deeper areas all connecting through the rocks. Plus, there are daily snorkeling tours to other well-known snorkeling and diving spots, like Split Rock. Best for last: amazing food, huge portions, 3 big meals a day, always with appetizer, dessert and big smiles from the restaurant staff. Try to catch a night when Rico's singing. He's got a beautiful voice, especially when he's crooning native Fijian music."
Bay View Barbers Lodge ★★
"I would recommend this lodge for a low budget traveller if you want an admin room with all the necessities a stone throw away at the location."

The Remote Resort
"The Remote Resort Review The magic began as out boat transfer neared the dock of the Remote Resort. There to greet us were six to eight Fijian staff happily singing a welcome song accompanied by stringed instruments. It was a vacation in celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary. We soon fell in love with the caring, hardworking and gracious workers who were determined to give us an unforgettable vacation week. They were definitely successful! We were introduced to a ‘Wonder of the World’ as we snorkeled at the ‘Garden of Eden’ area of the Rainbow Reef, a boat ride away. There a kaleidoscope of thousands of diverse and colorful schools of tropical fish entertained us as they swam amongst each other. Snorkeling off the Remote Resort dock was also rewarding with sightings of numerous exotic fish. Our comfortable accommodation was called the Remote Retreat and was surrounded by lush vegetation and coconut trees. It was a peaceful, secluded haven with scenic views of the ocean, a refreshing plunge pool and a private outdoor shower. A highlight was the exquisite cuisine we enjoyed each day. We consider their delectable meals the tastiest we have had between six different Fijian 5-star resorts we have vacationed at. We highly recommend the Remote Resort for adventure seekers who like comfort in a beautiful setting away from crowds."
Sigasiga Sands Boutique Bungalows
"Sigasiga Sands was amazing! We stayed in the Coco Villa and it was absolutely fantastic. Every appliance you could possibly need was provided, making it perfect for a family stay. The villa is spacious, includes a loft, free Wi-Fi, and even a baby cot, which my son was able to use during the day. The views were stunning all day long, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. Subash was incredibly helpful and always reachable whenever we needed assistance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!"
Sau Bay Resort & Spa
"If I could give Sau Bay Resort more than five stars, I would. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every single detail was perfect. The staff made me feel like family with their genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality. Every person I met went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Each morning, I woke up to one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen. The water was unbelievably clear, yet it shimmered in every shade of blue and turquoise. It looked like something out of a postcard, but somehow even more beautiful in person. The peaceful setting made it easy to slow down and appreciate the beauty all around me. Every experience was incredible. Snorkeling with manta rays was unforgettable, and exploring the world-famous Rainbow Reef was one of the highlights of my trip. The colorful soft corals and abundant marine life were unlike anything I had ever seen. I also enjoyed a wonderful sugar scrub massage that left me completely relaxed. Scuba diving was another experience I'll never forget. My instructor, Apple, was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and made me feel completely safe from start to finish. His calm guidance gave me the confidence to fully enjoy the dive, and it became one of the most memorable moments of my vacation. The food was exceptional. Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The chefs are incredibly talented, and every dish reflected their care and creativity. I genuinely looked forward to every meal. Sau Bay Resort is more than a beautiful destination, it's an experience filled with kindness, adventure, relaxation, and breathtaking natural beauty. I left with unforgettable memories and a full heart. Thank you to everyone at Sau Bay Resort for making this one of the best trips of my life."
