Hanting properties in Wuhan

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Hangkou part of Wuhan. Its located close to various tourist locations and has many small restaurants and shops close by. The hotel is pretty new and my room was equipped with modern furniture. Receptionist were welcoming and house keeping was paying attention to details to make my stay very comfortable

I randomly booked a hotel for this trip, and I was pleasantly surprised! From location, facilities, cleanliness to service, everything was on point, completely exceeding my expectations. I have to rave about it on Ctrip! Location: Superb The hotel is located in the city center business district, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station. It's incredibly convenient for visiting attractions and shopping areas, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so you won't have to worry about finding food late at night. Even better, there are dedicated parking spaces in front of the hotel, making it perfect for those traveling by car. Whether for business or leisure, the location is impeccable. Environment: Complete and Thoughtful The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress provided just the right amount of support, completely relieving travel fatigue after a good night's sleep. The facilities were comprehensive: high-speed WiFi was smooth throughout, perfect for both work and watching videos; the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, with ample and stable hot water; and the laundry room was fully equipped with laundry detergent and a dryer. Cleanliness: Absolutely a plus! The first impression upon entering the room was one of cleanliness and freshness. The sheets and pillowcases were spotless, and there wasn't a speck of dust under the bed or in any corners. The bathroom mirror was spotless, the toilet and sink were free of limescale, and even the shower tiles were sparkling clean, so there was absolutely no need to worry about hygiene. The public areas were also very well maintained; the lobby floor was gleaming, and the elevator buttons showed signs of disinfection – these details gave me peace of mind. Service: Warm and Professional From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was fantastic! The front desk staff were efficient and quick in processing the paperwork, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, and patiently answering all my questions. When I needed an extra pillow, it was delivered to my room within 5 minutes of calling – incredibly responsive service. The staff were all exceptionally friendly; from the cleaning staff in the hallway to the restaurant staff, everyone greeted me warmly, making me feel truly welcome and at home.

Facilities: The facilities are perfect, there are some, the rooms are very clean, because there is no time for breakfast for the exam, the front desk lady also helped me heat the rice ball with the microwave oven 😃😃 Thank you very much. Service: The service has nothing to say. When I first checked in, the front desk upgraded the room type for free. When I was about to check out, I also helped to check out late, and I offered to store my luggage ☺️. If you come to the business school for the exam, I still recommend this one.

This hotel is located right by Red Wall, very close to Yellow Crane Tower. It's just a ten-minute walk to Liangshidao, Dacheng Road, and Zhonghua Road Wharf. The best part is that the Line 5 subway entrance is right outside, making it super convenient to get to the Hubei Provincial Museum and East Lake. Highly recommend! The staff were also incredibly helpful, calling in advance to confirm room preferences. During Chinese New Year, they even gave out horse-themed ornaments, had umbrellas ready at the entrance, and provided detailed travel guides with maps and pictures – really thoughtful touches.

While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was nutritionally balanced, and the freshly cooked noodles and fruit were particularly impressive. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the attention to detail reflects the standardized management of a chain brand. 酒店整體品質超出預期，設施維護得也很好，房間配套齊全，也很新，乾淨。網絡也很穩定，就是需要點進去認證一下就好了，還是很方便的，休息和辦公都很舒適。 室內採光通風好，周邊出行方便，離地鐵站才幾百米，高鐵站坐幾站就到了，所以説他們家酒店位置還是蠻方便的。 衞生方面格外用心，床鋪整潔，地面桌面乾淨，衞生間無異味無污漬，細節處理到位。服務貼心細緻，前台小姐姐禮貌專業，每次路過還禮貌打招呼，響應及時，態度温和有耐心，從入住到離店都很順暢。

The room was quite clean and the waiter was quite funny. When I checked in to the 1.8m king-size bed room I booked, they asked me if I could change to a 1.5m bed room because there were no rooms available. I had already paid for it, and they actually asked me such a question.

Hotel location is good, very close to Wuhan Zoo, there are other parks nearby. The front desk service is very good, very close to the subway station, for me to travel public transportation is very convenient. The next day, I overslept so I didn't eat hotel breakfast. I stayed in this room and the sanitation was very good. Opposite the hotel is the Future Center Shopping Mall. There are many restaurants to eat. I went to eat ＜ to the dish ＞. The soup is delicious.
