MMoersiluzhaolinThe hotel is surrounded by pleasant greenery, and it's just a few minutes' walk from both a bus stop and a subway station. If you're driving, parking is convenient with charging stations available on the ground level and additional parking underground. The lobby is spotless, and the staff are all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The bedding is super soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this place – keep up the excellent work!

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. GGuest UserThe facilities are excellent; there's a TV and a Switch to play with. The loft room has a floor-to-ceiling faux window, but it can't be opened. The room was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. It's close to the lake, which is a popular area, so getting around is very convenient. Plus, there's smart voice control, so I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserAs a loyal fan of Ascott and Somerset, I previously stayed at the Somerset on Wusheng Road, and this time I tried a new Somerset location – it was truly fantastic! The room was spacious and brand new, decorated in my preferred minimalist European style, and the heating was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Future City is right downstairs, with a Yonghui Supermarket and subway access, making it convenient to get anywhere.

WwuhuiliangThe room was spotless and well-organized. The front desk staff thoughtfully prepared late-night desserts and patiently explained all the hotel's amenities. The hotel is very close to Wuhan Station, and if you book your stay on the day of arrival, they even offer a shuttle service to Wuhan Station the next day, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast had a great variety of options. Overall, a fantastic experience.

JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

The location of the entire building is excellent.
The room I booked offered views of the Yangtze River Bridge and Yellow Crane Tower.
The room type was quite spacious, and the view was fantastic.
I checked in late, and communicated with Huang Rui, the lobby manager. He reserved a room for me, answered all my questions during the process, and tried his best to meet my needs, which was very considerate.
The breakfast was rich and varied.
There were also room type benefits arranged for both the afternoon and evening.
Although the room's decor isn't a modern, new style, you can tell that the materials, craftsmanship, and design used during its original renovation were quite good, and it's also well-maintained.
The cleanliness upon check-in and throughout my stay was also quite good.
The design of the shower valve in the bathroom was a bit odd; it was stiff to use and operated in an unusual way. Fortunately, the water pressure was decent.
The TV in the room was a bit small and outdated. This could be considered an area for improvement.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!

GGuest UserI stopped over in Wuhan for a night and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. We checked in smoothly with our pet, and there were no additional charges. The hotel did a great job assigning our room, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was the first time my dog slept so soundly outside of our home; she didn't spend the whole night on guard. We kept our dog in a stroller in the public areas. While the hotel is pet-friendly in that it allows pets, there's still room for improvement. For example, the pet bed provided isn't very useful, as most pet owners know that pets won't readily sleep in an unfamiliar bed with unfamiliar scents. Perhaps a pet playpen would be better. Providing pet pads, diapers, and even pheromone sprays for anxiety or flea/tick sprays would truly make it feel pet-friendly. Nevertheless, I'm happy to see that brand-name hotels are gradually opening up to and improving their pet policies, and I believe things will only get better in the future.
Aside from the pet aspect being quite satisfactory, I really need to complain about the hotel breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:45 AM, knowing the hotel was full and breakfast would be crowded, so I specifically tried to avoid peak hours. When I got to the entrance, both the hostess and manager were looking down, and there was no one to seat us. All the trays were empty, and people were scrambling to find plates. I didn't see any service staff in the dining area; it was the head chef who brought out the plates. The food was cleared very quickly by 9:55 AM. I asked an employee who was clearing the food for a main serving spoon to eat my cereal, and she told me they only had ceramic spoons, and that the stainless steel ones were only for the serving counter. The Americano coffee machine at the coffee bar only filled cups about 60% of the way. The restaurant manager really needs to contact the supplier to adjust the machine. What I also can't understand is why the omelet station, which is a key QA check for the Marriott brand, has been changed. There are no more omelets, and although they made sunny-side up eggs, I'm still a bit confused. I've never stayed at a Sheraton before, so perhaps the standards are different?
On a positive note, I want to praise the chef at the noodle station. She was incredibly enthusiastic, and the beef noodles were delicious. Even though it was close to closing time, she maintained her warmth and enthusiasm, which was really lovely. However, there's a small detail: the chopsticks provided for eating noodles aren't ideal for picking up the noodles. I observed that most guests were business travelers, and it's very easy for soup to splash onto their clothes. Because of this, I didn't finish my delicious beef noodles.
