這家民宿外觀漂亮，晚上更美！一樓院子房頂棚上藍色的彩條燈帶像兩衹開屏的藍孔雀晚上很有視覺沖擊力！房間雖然衹有八九間，但每個房間都很大，各項設施齊全，乾淨衞生，而且處處都體現出智能化，尤其是右手牆面上圓形觸屏沖馬桶盤更是方便衞生，一米八的大床，足夠寬大，被褥枕頭潔凈舒適鬆軟，一覺睡到天亮。房間內還有一個小陽台，放着精緻的木頭茶台，有點兒日式的味道，茶台上小巧精緻的茶壺和小茶杯很治癒人，我們老兩口盤腿🧘坐在那裡喝茶可以看到一樓院子裏水池裡紅色的大錦鯉在悠哉悠哉，還可以看到一羣紅色的小魚在歡快的暢遊。熱心的美女老闆還在茶盤一側放上小點心和水果。陽台一角還掛着一個大弔籃，這是我姑娘喜歡的，一進去就窩在弔籃裏轉圈圈。其實我姑娘最喜歡的還是一樓小院側門口那條米白色的拉布拉多犬，挺大的，渾身的毛很乾凈，顏色也很純，摸着舒服順滑，可以陪玩哦！早上有簡單的早餐，但足夠吃飽吃好。美女老闆服務熱情周到，這家民宿距離梅園櫻花園超級近，附近的餐館都很像樣，菜品味道好，尤其是紅燒武昌魚，花菇魚，大白刁魚，入口即化，味道鮮美！都是美女老闆指導的地方。下次再來武漢東湖風景區還住這裏！

The location is decent. We mostly used Didi to get around and most places were about 15–25 minutes away. We didn’t explore many shops or eateries nearby since food delivery via ******* was very convenient, and the robot delivered orders directly to the room. The room size was comfortable and the pillows were great. One thing to note is that you need to know how to properly adjust the air conditioning system, otherwise the room can become quite cold when the outdoor temperature drops. Housekeeping, however, seemed inconsistent. Amenities were not always refilled promptly, and we’re not sure why the extra blanket layer was removed during the first day of cleaning and never returned for the rest of our stay, even after we requested it. While the hotel is responsive via WeChat and replies quickly, the follow-up could be improved. For example, the TV network in our room did not work. A technician was sent to check, but after several attempts over three days, we were simply informed that it could not be fixed, and no alternative solution or recovery was offered. Overall, the stay was comfortable in terms of space and basic amenities, but service consistency and issue resolution could definitely be improved.

The second time I made a reservation, it was an old hotel. I personally felt that the facilities could be upgraded, such as TVs and so on. I felt that the only difference between the hotel and the New Hanting was in terms of electronic facilities. In the surrounding area, you can go shopping on Holland Street and so on. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway, but there seems to be shared electric vehicles nearby, and overall it's cost-effective. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded my room for free! Plus, there's a complimentary breakfast downstairs. The hotel is super easy to find – just follow your navigation right to the entrance. My room was spotless; the sink and toilet were sparkling clean, which made me feel very comfortable. Best of all, the price was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommend it!

The location is really close to the train station, about 10mins to the station entrance. The staff there very friendly and helpful. The service is superb. The cleaning team are very professional too. The overall cleanliness is great. Value for money. I will definitely stay with orange hotel again.

We are from Wuhan and have stayed here before. This time we came here to relax for a day, eat some snacks, drink some coffee, bask in the sun, chat with friends, and interact with the animals on the farm. It was very pleasant. The environment was good all day. The attitude of the staff was relatively good, and it is worth recommending.

Had an absolutely amazing stay here, and would definitely stay again! It's located right next to the metro station, and while there aren't any quick convenient stores or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, there is a mall across the street. I chose this hotel because I had a concert at the Han Show theater which was a quick walk away. The quality of stay for the price is unmatchable. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and I spent a lot of time watching TV inside as well. The room itself has a smart butler, and with a smart TV I could also easily cast videos from my iPad to the big screen. They also have tasty orange themed snacks and even their toothpaste was minty orange gel (I also thought it was tasty). Though a couple of days I could smell a bit of smoke in the hallway, the hotel has a strict no smoking policy, which made me feel more comfortable (they provided a number you could call if there was smoking). The staff were all pleasant and I was also able to keep my luggage at the front after checkout, and take my time sightseeing around Wuhan before I left. (The metro stop is on the same line as the high speed railway station so you don't need to transfer, and also quick stops away from the East Lake scenic area, Yellow Crane Tower, Jianghan pedestrian street and more).

Our initial stay at the hotel was reasonably good. However, on the second day, when we return to the hotel, we had a rude shock. The whole hotel was plunged total darkness and half of the main entrance to the l9obby was pad locked. We were told by the staff that there was a major power failure and the situation cannot be rectified. There was no electrical supply for the lights, lifts etc. To make matter worse we were told that we have to checkout as the hotel has stopped operating. I approached and asked if he could make alternative arrangements for our accommodations as we have another 3 nights to go. He told me a flat NO to my request. Our room was on the 12th floor, and we had to climb up the stairs to our room to pack our luggage to check out and to climb down the stairs to the ground floor. I have never encountered such an event of a hotel where the management was so irresponsible to their guests. We had to find our own accommodation and transport to the new hotel. I had to frantically search for a new hotel at the lobby in the dark. NO ASSISTANCE was offered by the management of the hotel. Such a hotel should be banned from operation and a SEVERE penalty be imposed on them.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a 200-meter walk from Wuhan Station's West Plaza. I highly recommend it for business travelers or anyone needing a convenient layover spot, especially for early morning departures or late-night arrivals. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the air conditioning works well. Breakfast is provided! Plus, right next door, you'll find delicious clay pot soups, hot dry noodles, Zhou Hei Ya (spicy duck neck), and convenience stores.

The location of the hotel is convenient for high-speed up and down. The room is large, clean and comfortable, the view from the high-rise window is chic, and the city view of Wuhan is unobstructed. I arrived at the hotel in the evening of March 5, and the girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I also took the initiative to remind me to avoid the morning peak the next day.
