"Checked in, told them not to throw anything away thinking it's trash because I wasn't done unpacking. Cleaner came in and threw away cardboard boxes with very expensive stuff in them. $1000 loss and five days wasted to produce custom parts she threw away. Hotel refused to compensate. After a week of discussions and trip.com intervention, they gave two extra nights in the room as their idea of compensation. Terrible experience and of course never going back there again."

The room is very spacious, it should be the original design of the office renovation, the bathroom structure is not very reasonable, the shower is not blocked in front of the shower, the water is flowing out. The mahogany furniture is refreshing. The hotel is located on the edge of the county, but it is quiet. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful."
