I had a wonderful stay at this hotel situated at Zhongshan Walking Street—an ideal location for exploring the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their warm hospitality and attention to detail.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the early check-in option was incredibly convenient after a long journey. The hotel also offered thoughtful perks like tea breaks and supper, which added to the overall experience.
A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful. In particular, 小农 stood out for her exceptional service. She sent a complimentary fruit basket to my room and reassured me that I could contact her anytime for assistance. Her kindness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! I got put in a B-Duck room and thought the decor was very cute, both in and out of the rooms (there's very chic lighting in the hall). Our rooms weren't ready when we came to check in, but the front desk was very apologetic and helpful, and everything was neat and clean when arranged. My room was spacious with plenty of amenities, and the hotel's right near the main shopping area so we had plenty to do when heading out. There's a big lobby downstairs with rentable portable chargers and refreshments, which is great for anyone not used to the heat. Only stayed for one night, but definitely would come back next time I'm in Xiamen!

The hotel exceeded my expectations, new and clean, perfect location. All staff were friendly and helpful. Free drink fridge in the lobby is awesome, can grab a drink whenever needed saves some mon koey but most importantly saves the trouble to go to a store for more drinks as it was hot while we were in Xiamen. They even provide contact lenses case for free in case one forgets to bring one.
This will definitly be my go to hotel when I visit Xiamen again in the future.

Location is really for a morning flight departure ,5min to the airport.Contact hotel for airport pick up ,and U need to reserve for airport send off .Nothing much to do around the hotel .We took Didi to Zhong Shan walking street ,cost us around rmb39.
Overall Fliport hotel is value worth hotel .It's clean and I'm impressed with all the hotel staff .
From pick up concierge,van drivers ,,restaurant and cleaners ..Excellent service.
Will recommend to families and friends if they have. Long layover in xien like I do .

I can't complain about anything. This hotel is almost perfect. Everything looks good visually as well. I called up to make sure the hotel room assigned is non-smoking due to prior experience w another hotel. I was told the hotel is on whole non-smoking but they can't stop quests who do so in the room. I was told if the room we get has a smell of smoke we can change to another room. Already better service than the other place i stayed in. Location wise it is next to airport and has free shuttle service to and from both terminals. Only problem is the distance from city but it is a small annoyance. However the hotel is apparently newly renamed and taxi drivera do not know the location even tho next to airport. Easier to use the didi app to get a direct fetch back to the hotel.

While the hotel may not be that fanciful, the staff service more than made up for it. Was surprised to see that the double beds in the room I originally booked was too small, and I requested if we could change. Louis (陈俊鹏) at the front desk promptly attended to my request and we were given a free upgrade to a bigger room after he spoke with his manager. The housekeeping lady was also nice and helpful to help set up the room on short notice

The hotel is great, perfect for families, with a dream room for kids, bunk beds, Lego walls, a children's playground, and a small private park at the door where you can drive a car and dig sand. The service is also very good. Before we came, because my child likes blue, we called the front desk a month in advance, and the housekeeper Mr. He made a note for us. When we entered the room, we were full of surprises. It was a very pleasant experience. Next time I come to Xiamen to watch a concert, I will choose this hotel again. There is a free shuttle bus, and it only takes more than ten minutes to get to the venue, which is very convenient!

This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

RRam KondaAt first, we were disappointed because they put us into a small room that we felt was not worth the price we paid for. However, the next day they upgraded our room into a nice one with a separate toilet and shower area. There were wide windows and the view was the quiet road below and two small mountains in the distance. Not bad eh! This was the time we started feeling comfortable and relaxed in our 4 nights of stay here. The bed and pillows were firm and very good to sleep in. Good for relaxing after a long day of touring or working. There was a small dining table as well as some space or area to work and put your other stuff. The toilet is fully automated so it was really comfortable to use. The staff in general were accommodating and the female receptionist manning the lobby was always enthusiastic and helpful. On the other hand, location is far from downtown so it might cost you a bit more if you take the didi often. Also, breakfast fare was sparse when we were there, probably because it was still the tourist season. Not sure though but for whatever reason, when we got to the breakfast nook at around 8am, most of the food was gone. We had to wait for about 30 min for some trays to be refilled with food while the rest simply remained empty. If you don’t like local breakfast, then this hotel’s breakfast is not for you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

GGuest UserFirst of all this is NOT a HOLIDAY INN, indeed the hotel's name is SEP HOLIDAY. However on DIDI and Trip.Com it is listed as HOLIDAY INN. The real HOLIDAY INN is located about 200metres away. So please do not book this hotel if you are looking for a real holiday inn (IHG hotel). Having said that, this hotel does not need to call itself a HOLIDAY INN for you to consider it. We stayed here for seven(7) nights and will stay here again as it is very convenient, clean, provides a decent buffet local breakfast and is in a good location near bus station (50metres away), Metro Line 2 (Cruise Centre station) is across the road 300M away (there is a proper overhead walkway to cross the road, no escalators though) and you can walk to the gulanyu ferry terminal and sea world. It is also on the same side of the road as the start of the Mountain to the Sea Walking trail which is about 500metres away. Short, since the trail itself is 23km. The rooms are decent size (We got a corner unit room 8403 on the 4th floor), attached bathroom with all the amenities for 2 persons with hot shower and cold air conditioning with free cable tv and wifi and lots of power points. It doesnt have a fridge but none was needed. No swimming pool and really a too tiny gym with just a bit of free weights here and there. So don't bother packing your gym or swimming stuff. NNanbotelanfangxuanlingThe location of the hotel is very good, very close to the beach, just a few minutes walk. The house you live in can see the sea, and you live on the second floor. If the floor is higher, the view will be better. The room is not very new, some are old. The refrigerator is not cooling. We have a total of 2 families, with children, we are satisfied. Awen is very warm and the service is very good.

Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff!
Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!

GGuest UserReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
