At 1 AM, the drinking family was constantly moving from room to room, talking loudly and slamming doors, as if they had the entire hotel or floor to themselves. Putting aside the question of the quality of this family drinking and making such noise in the hotel lobby late at night, the world is full of strange things. But as for the hotel, does this "big client" who has booked several rooms have the right to do whatever they want? As for the hotel, you should have stopped the drinking and loud noises in the lobby from 10-11 PM, not 11:30 PM. Even after the guests reported it to you, you ignored it. You heard everything more clearly than we did, but for the sake of your VIP customers, you turned a blind eye. We were affected by your uncivilized VIP customers all night and decisively gave up the idea of staying in the scenic area for a few more days."
