The hotel was decorated beautifully for the New Year, creating such a festive atmosphere! We booked the 'Happy Friends' room, which was perfect for traveling with kids. There were even fun activities like popcorn, fortune-telling, and rubbing art, which kept our child entertained and engaged the whole time. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and bright, offering a stunning river view. The natural light was incredible, and the view was both expansive and relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including freshly ground coffee and special local noodles. Overall, our experience was top-notch – it was such a joyful and refreshing family trip, and I highly recommend it!"

Adding an in-room microwave and a washing machine in a common area would be even better, making it more suitable for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly stays."

The front desk upgraded us to a high-floor double room because they saw we had children. The room was quiet, clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was also quite comprehensive. The hotel also offers self-service laundry, which is perfect for business or leisure travel. The hotel staff were very welcoming; even though the laundry is self-service, they still helped bring the clothes to our room. Very satisfied!"
