"I didn't enjoy the upgrade rights that I could enjoy if I booked two rooms. The room was not ready in advance. I was informed that I would check in more than half an hour in advance. When I came to the front desk to check in, I was told that the room had not been cleaned yet (it was already around 4:30 in the afternoon). I was told that the guests had just checked out and the hygiene had just been cleaned. When checking in the first room, didn't they check the hygiene of the rooms on the same floor in advance? Couldn't they clean it quickly if it wasn't ready? This service awareness and attitude are really poor. The front desk didn't have any attitude to express apology, no apology, just arguing. The service level of the hotel is not worthy of this price at all. You spend money to buy services. The room is not very good, small, and there is still a gap compared to the photos. The experience is very poor! ! There is also a note that it is non-smoking. When I passed by the room, I saw that it was full of beer and cigarette butts. The smell was huge. After cleaning, it was still very alcohol + cigarette smell. The needs of the guests are not paid attention to at all. The notes are for decoration. It's the same as not having a note. I don't know where they have the courage to mark such a high price. I didn't enjoy the service and experience that this price should have!"

The B&B also has a lovely dog named Xiaohuaer, a natural hostess and a truly adorable person."

The location is truly great; the hotel is right by the Xin River, and it was lovely to take a stroll along the river after dinner. The Citizens' Square is also right next door, giving the kids plenty of space to run around, and it's not far from Yingtan Park, making it convenient for walks. The cleanliness was reassuring; the room was tidy with no strange odors, and the bathroom had a dry/wet separation, so the floor was dry and slip-free. The service was attentive but not intrusive; the front desk staff proactively provided information about the surrounding area and answered our questions clearly. The facilities were practical; the shower even had a clothesline, the room was spacious with enough hangers for clothes, and the internet was stable, so the kids could watch cartoons and play games without any lagging. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious foods that our kids enjoyed. Overall, this hotel is well-located for sightseeing, offers a worry-free stay, and the price is reasonable. We'd definitely choose to stay here again if we visit Yingtan in the future."
