"First off, the staff at this hotel are all excellent. The security guard even insisted on helping me with my luggage, even though I said I could manage. The front desk was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and processing my invoice quickly. The room had so many thoughtful extras – cucumber masks, foot soaks, little trinkets, it was like a treasure hunt, and my kid loved it! The restaurant was a personal highlight; as a fan of Chinese food, I was in heaven. They had six or seven types of congee alone, plus Ganzhou noodles and savory oil tea – I was so satisfied, everything was delicious! There were so many other dishes too, all tasty. The staff also proactively helped arrange for beef noodles. Finally, they even gave us some dates as a parting gift; they were so incredibly warm and welcoming. Oh, and I loved the room layout; we each had our own sleeping area, plus a dedicated space for work, and it was very spacious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangye!"

It's an easy walk to the North Gate, less than 10 minutes, which is perfect if you want to catch the sunrise. There are also plenty of restaurant options within a 1000-meter radius. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information about the scenic area. Thumbs up! 👍"

The front desk staff was super thoughtful, patiently offering travel suggestions, and all service requests were promptly addressed. The room was a bit small, but clean and comfortable. Laundry rooms on the fourth and fifth floors are a lifesaver for long journeys, letting you wash clothes – a real necessity! What really impressed me was the hotel's generosity: they allowed children to eat breakfast for free, which showed great sincerity. It's a perfect spot for a break during a Northwest loop trip, highly recommended."

"Standard Jianguo Puyin room, new facilities, and powerful air conditioning. Parking is convenient with an underground garage. Special shout-out to the front desk: Li Haofei. He was responsive and hands-on with every request. Five stars for him!"

"Very dirty hotel. Old and not updated. Rooms are very old and carpets are very dirty. Asked for a non smoking room but it’s a smoking room and the rooms smells terrible. The bathroom is disguised very dirty and have a bad smell. Carpets full of stain. Aircon don’t work at all as it’s centrally controlled to 24 degrees very hot and smelly. Breakfast I went at 9am and they don’t refill the drinks and other food. The lifts are very slow. For this price not recommended."

"This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during my trip to the Northwest. Highly recommended! **Facilities:** The room was spacious and very clean. For light sleepers, good soundproofing is incredibly important! I slept really well for both nights. **Service:** The hotel service was excellent. They offered fruit when I checked in and a small gift when I checked out. Any issues were resolved promptly. **Cleanliness:** Overall, the hygiene was great, and they even folded my clothes, which was a nice touch. However, the tea set wasn't cleaned on the second day, and by the afternoon, there was some tea stain on the cups. But these are minor issues. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay."

"This hotel was one of the top three best stays we had on our Qinghai-Gansu Loop trip. The kids' toiletries provided in the room were fantastic, and the toothbrushes were even better than many you'd buy at a supermarket. Breakfast was good too; the Ganzhou xiaofan (local dish) was delicious. The bed was really comfortable, and the staff were both professional and welcoming."
