I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I found this place to be a real gem. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem. Parking is A$25 per night in the standard underground car park. You definitely need a car when visiting Western Australia. The hotel infrastructure is excellent; this setup would easily qualify as a five-star hotel back home. During the Southern Hemisphere summer, the indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool is accessible directly with your room key. You can ask the staff for directions. The beach is right downstairs, and you can spend a whole day there, just like the locals do. The ocean-view room was stunning; waking up to the sea view was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean upon check-in. However, the hotel is quite large, and the housekeeping on the second day was a bit slow; our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we returned, so we just grabbed fresh towels and skipped the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. This area is a lively hub. Every summer, Western Australia hosts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night markets, and Scarborough is where the Thursday night market takes place. The area around the hotel becomes incredibly vibrant, feeling like all of Perth has descended upon it. Downstairs, there are various restaurants, including a Thursday Special Steak deal, offering a 30% discount. A 300g steak for A$30-40 is an amazing and delightful deal. There's a Coles supermarket within a 5-minute walk, where everything is cheaper – anyone who's traveled to Australia will understand. Everything was so relaxing; I hope to come back soon.

This hotel has a standard motel setup, where you can park right in front of your room. The facilities and cleanliness are perfectly adequate for a short stay during a trip. Breakfast is mostly cold items, but it's enough to fill you up. Of course, you can also order hot food for an additional charge.

This hotel is an absolute must-stay for a Perth getaway. The estate-like layout and staying in a villa right next to the green space is incredibly pleasant. Plus, you might even see kangaroos hopping around in front of your room! The villa area also comes with a kitchen, so you can cook whatever you like. 😂

Very nice size room. The room I booked had a double plus a single bed and a table with 2 chairs. Toaster microwave and dishes. For the price point I can say that this room represents fairly good value for money. I did read another review before booking that states no power next to bed this is false as there is 2 double outlets under the side tables next to the bed. Location is about 25 minutes from the train station. But there is a 808 bus service that runs on this road for very little money. This bus service runs in a loop around every hour. To go to Middleton beach you can catch the 803 service this runs a loop approximately 3 to 4 times per day. There is a McDonald's Coles and Aldi within close walk next door is chicken treat across the road is a good tackle Shop and outdoor sports.

The location of Hilton Garden Inn Busselton was really great. We could easily jog to the Busselton Jetty and enjoy walks along the beach — very relaxing and convenient. The hotel itself was comfortable overall but One funny thing was the room air-conditioning and blanket seemed to be “fighting each other” 😅 — sometimes too cold, then too warm. But overall, we still enjoyed the stay mainly because of the excellent location and beautiful surroundings.

Nice location at the heart of Exmouth. I drove so everywhere was accessible, markets and cafes in 10 minutes walking distance. Easy pick up point for tours. I stayed in a dormitory, great receptionist to put me within the females (as it was not a selection here). Kitchen and communal facilities very basic, doesn’t have salt and pepper. Next to bar and party area, every Friday live DJ until 12am. I could hear the beats from my room.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops in a bustling area of Perth. It's just a ten-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Elizabeth Quay. While there are some homeless people in the vicinity, the hotel maintains good security. After 9 PM, you need your room key to access both the lobby and the elevators.

MMeiziMaggieThis is a beautiful hotel with its own casino and a variety of large, photo-worthy pools. The room facilities are great, the bed is very comfortable, and the surrounding environment is nice. It's not too far from the city, which is convenient, and there are many dining options. It's also connected to the adjacent hotel.

SShulanyueliangjiaThis place is perfect for solo travelers. You often face all sorts of issues like finding food, drinks, and entertainment when traveling alone, but everything here is taken care of. Plus, there are lots of robots, and the price is very affordable. Among all the mainstream travel agencies, this one is excellent. The service attitude is fantastic and very welcoming. It's highly recommended for a relaxing stay, whether you're a solo female traveler or traveling with friends.

EElizavetaViHotel itself is new and looks good. The location is great. But: 1. There was no water in the fridge. 5 star hotel? 2. Coffee at breakfast is for extra payment 3. The sheets on the bed were dirty. 4. When you book a king size bed be ready for 2 twin beds just standing next to each other. And they are not held together. I fell in between during the night.

GGuest UserIf you stay consecutively, you need to clean the room. You must go to the front desk to remind the hotel to clean the room and replenish the supplies in the room, otherwise the hotel will not clean the room for guests staying consecutively. However, the hotel environment is still good.

SShona3675Place is old, and somewhat outdated, and u do hear the traffic from the freeway. But, for the cost for the night, which was $120, overall, it was good value for money. When I first arrived, as it was after hours, I dealt with the caretaker, who was friendly, and also helped me get into my room, cos I was having trouble with the door lock, which was my fault! I didn't use the kitchen facilities, except the fridge, but kitchen was equipped with enough items to be able to cook a meal easily. Bathroom was good, with shower over bath, (and big size bath too), so with not having a bath at home, I soaked for ages! I was informed before arrival, that only mini soap and toilet paper was provided, so I knew to bring body wash, hair conditioner, and other toiletries. Bed was comfy, and bedroom is quite large. TV maybe a little small, but the room had a couple of cupboards, and some hangers for clothes. Place was fairly clean, keeping in mind that it is an older property. Check out was easy, and I was met by a friendly receptionist behind the desk. I would definately stay again, if the price was as good, I'd just bring some earplugs for sleep, cos of traffic noise, which is no fault of the apartments of course!

SspjWe arrived at the hotel at 7 PM. It's a bit far from town, but the lawns were full of kangaroos, which was cool. The front desk staff finished checking us in just as they were closing, so we made it just in time! A heads-up: the Lake View rooms and Forest Cabins have similar room numbers, so double-check you're headed to the right one. The hotel has its own hiking trail, the Beedelup Loop Walk, which includes a 'through tree' section that's 1.2km one-way. We even saw people swimming in the lake during breakfast – the scenery is absolutely stunning.

MMarco VinciulloThe television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay. It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.
