The service was enthusiastic and the environment was pretty good, nothing spectacular but decent. Parking was convenient, though it cost money. Overall, it's good value for money and very close to the waterfall. Parking was easy.
A simple motel with free parking, which is great! There is also free wireless Internet access, not far from the waterfall area. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but the building is not very high. The highest is probably the 3rd or 4th floor. If you have a lot of luggage, you may want to make a note to stay on the first floor!
The view was insane! We arrived earlier than check-in time because of the rain, and they let us check in early. The room was also clean. However, the heater in the room was broken. We asked for it to be fixed, and they did, but it still wasn't working properly.
The best falls view room in Niagara! You can overlook the entire Niagara Falls without even leaving your room. The breakfast restaurant also offers an unobstructed view of the falls. The bathtub with a spa feature was incredibly comfortable. If possible, I highly recommend visiting in winter; the snowy, icy falls view is truly breathtaking.
The service was friendly, and the rooms were spacious, with a living room, kitchen, and a large, comfortable bed. However, there were no disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, or shower caps provided; you'll need to bring your own. The location is excellent and convenient; the hotel rooms offer views of the ski resort. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils.
PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...š Don't drink it.
CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors.
SOLUTION! I had to use some āwhite noiseā to drown out the crazy door slams.
CASINO is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that.
If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal.
Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.
This is my second time visiting this hotel in the winter. I like it because it is close to the cruise. Considering the location, price, and parking, there is no better place to visit Niagara Falls.

First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown.
However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blowādrying my hair after coming back late from a concert.
The checkāin time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay checkāin until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasnāt sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and checkāout procedures.
Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.
I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance
Our room was clean and satisfactory. The front desk people were all so friendly at check in and they were very eager to help us with questions that we had. It offered a continental breakfast which was on a scale of 1-10 a 5. What they had was little to chose from. It was great if you just wanted toast bagels or warm oatmeal. There wasnāt much to chose from after that
All in all. I would stay there again because of the costumer service at the front desk. They were all top notch and very friendly.
We also ate the hotel restaurant. The waitress was very welcoming and funny as heck. My wifeās chicken looked and tasted delicious. The recommended steak wasnāt nothing to right home about.

GGuest UserLocation & Accessibility
The hotel is perfectly situated near the central business district and major transit hubs, making it ideal for both meetings and sightseeing.
Room & Amenities
The room was modern, impeccably clean, and featured high-quality bedding that ensured a restful sleep. The fitness center and pool were well-maintained with an efficient layout.
Dining & Service
The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options with prompt service. Most importantly, the staff provided professional and attentive hospitality from check-in to departure.
Verdict
A well-balanced hotel offering consistent quality and a productive environment. Highly recommended for business travelers.
Kkimi_cheThe Shanghai auntie at the front desk was so kind and let us check in early. The service was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The restaurant service was fantastic, especially the bacon and potato hash. The hotel is located right in the heart of Toronto, making it easy to walk to all the popular attractions. Plus, there's a big supermarket on either side of the hotel.
LLaisipaermeiduokexuhuangThe breakfast alone and the luggage storage service made this stay worthwhile, effectively making the accommodation and showers free. Plus, you can use the kitchen and other facilities. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended.
To get to Niagara Falls, you can take Flixbus. Once you reach the final stop, hop on the WEGO bus to Niagara Falls. The ride to the falls itself is free. It's about a 3km walk if you prefer. The park around the falls doesn't require an entrance fee, and if you're not doing any additional attractions, you can see everything in about 2 hours.
MM220415****Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China.
Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean
Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price?
Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.
GGuest UserIāll start with the positives. This is a fantastic location. You are steps from major downtown Toronto attractions. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. The CN Tower rises right in front of the building, which is pretty hard to beat. The apartment was clean. There were lots of towels. The bathroom was bigger than expected. If you split this with another couple, the price becomes very reasonable for downtown. That said, the second bedroom is tight. Thereās basically no space for suitcases or personal items. Now the not so good. Arrival and check-in were chaotic. It was pouring rain during rush hour and there was nowhere to park as instructed. My husband had to keep circling while I ran inside getting soaked. Despite completing online check-in and receiving an āonline check-in completeā email, my security deposit hadnāt gone through. I had checked the many emails they sent and didnāt see anything flagging this. Even though everything else was fully paid in advance, they wouldnāt let me go to the room to dry off or grab my glasses to fix the issue. I had to authorize a manual credit card charge over the phone because I couldnāt read their links without my glasses. Not a great feeling. The building entrance is nice. Big, clean, and airy. The hallway to the unit is the opposite. Worn carpet, scuffed walls, chipped paint. Not the best first impression. Inside the unit was better. It looked freshly painted and was clean. I paid extra for a balcony thinking āMetropolitan Lofts ā CN Towerā meant weād be sitting out admiring the tower. That part is on me for not checking. The listing didnāt promise a view. Our balcony faced an office building and a parking lot. Below was a sad patch of grass filled with old boots, a broken broom, crushed beer cans, and what felt like 10,000 cigarette butts. The neighbour used their balcony as a full-time phone booth at max volume. If youāre not on the Front St side, donāt bother paying extra for a balcony. The unit had enough space for two, but it was too warm. The thermostat didnāt do anything. It stayed around 24ā25°C the whole time, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding didnāt help. The bottom sheet was just a tucked flat sheet. It came loose both nights. The duvet setup was also odd, with layers of flat sheets above and below the duvet that slid around. I kept waking up on the mattress pad or directly on the duvet. A fitted sheet and proper duvet cover would fix this. The worst part was the elevators. They are very slow. Plan an extra 10ā15 minutes just waiting. The middle elevator felt unsafe. It opened and closed repeatedly for no reason. It stopped at every floor with no one there. It randomly changed direction mid-trip. One time it didnāt line up with the floor and we had to step down. That was enough for me. I took the stairs after that. Overall: 5/5 for location, 4/5 for cleanliness. If youāre a group of four, the two-bedroom can be a decent value, just expect tight space. If you care about smooth check-in, reliable elevators, temperature control, and decent bedding, this might not be your place.
AAnonymous UserExcellent! It's on par with a star-rated hotel in China. The shuttle service is also very good. There's a large supermarket nearby for all your shopping needs. It's very close to the airport, so it's a great choice if you're on a layover.
CCindyTsangI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.
Kkyes123nice little place pool was warm wish the slide be open more days then fri n sat had a park side view not much there but atleast nice lil balcony
