"PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it.
CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors.
SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams.
CASINO is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that.
If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal.
Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for."

"Loved the service. The front desk team are super friendly and helpful. Here are the reasons why I'd rate 4/5: room cleanliness (we noticed stains), the lack of hair conditioner (bottle in the shower was empty), 1 tissue left in the tissue box (with no backup boxes), and we only got 2 sets of towels despite there being 3 people staying the night. Once I asked for the towels, they readily gave me them. It was just disappointing that I had to walk to reception to retrieve them."

"I have been to other hotels around the area, but Caesars was the best one!
The rooms were really clean and wider than other hotels.
The room didn't smell like chlorine, especially the sheets. Room was double the size of other hotels that give the same type of room.
Just go down to get your breakfast and coffee!
You also feel safer because there is a ****** downstairs, which means not everyone can enter the premises!
The rooms were also quiet, and for the price, this place is cheaper than the other hotels around it!
Would really like to go back."

"I had a 6:55 a.m. flight and planned to take the 5:30 a.m. hotel shuttle. When I asked at the reception beforehand, I was explicitly told that no reservation was required, so I relied on that information.However, the shuttle did not arrive until approximately 5:35 a.m.
When it finally arrived, it was already completely full because it was carrying passengers from another hotel. As a result, I was unable to board the shuttle even though I had been waiting on time.This service failure caused extreme stress and forced me to urgently book an Uber to ensure I did not miss my flight. If reservations were required, or if the shuttle had limited capacity across multiple properties, guests should have been informed in advance."

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back."

FFaith LobatonWe had a great stay at Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto! The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
The only small downside was the hotel parking, which was a little pricey at $40 per day. However, there are plenty of cheaper parking options nearby, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

AAnonymous UserThe shared shower room is *too* shared, meaning there's nowhere to put your personal toiletries. A simple breakfast is provided in the morning, which is nice. I liked that the beds have curtains. It's great that shower towels are provided for free. There's a 24-hour convenience store right out front. However, there are homeless people around 24/7 next to it... It's unnerving when they all stare at me at once... I felt scared both day and night. Some homeless individuals stand by the convenience store door, holding it open, then demand money after opening it for you. I know how to open a door myself, and I never asked them to open it for me... I was sharing a room with someone from a country known for poor hygiene, and they had a strong, unpleasant body odor. It was truly agonizing. My request to switch rooms was not processed, apparently because there were no other rooms available.

GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

HHanfordPros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general.
Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)

FFfhassaaFantastic staff and very close to the airport with. Free shuttle to and from. Such a breeze to chekc in after a delayed flight fast queue and upgraded room for free. Breakfast was 6am to 9:30 or 10am on weekends and was fantastic good variety and very good staff especially Sylvia - thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
Rooms are huge all with AC and fans if needed and very well stocked and clean no issues and rebooked to stay again at the end of my trip and wood definitely recommend.
