Excellent! I was just passing through late at night, saw this hotel, and spontaneously booked a room because it looked promising. The young lady working the night shift was incredibly helpful and kind! There's a night market nearby (though I didn't get a chance to eat there), and the Drum Tower is just a short walk away. The bed was very clean, the pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I even went to the wrong floor by mistake, and the staff member at the restaurant entrance kindly helped me find my room! Huge thanks! Right next to the Drum Tower, there's a bus stop with direct routes to the museum. Conveniently, a day tour bus departs right outside the hotel. For 80 RMB per person, it offers hotel pickup/drop-off and takes you to the Western Xia Tombs and Helan Mountain. You can even purchase attraction tickets directly from the driver!

The facilities are good, and the front desk staff, Xu Lei, was thoughtful, meticulous, and patient. Room service maintains a high standard, exceeding other hotels of the same star rating. She even proactively helped guests with their luggage, showing exceptional service awareness.

The hotel room was also very clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the facilities in the room, making my stay very comfortable and convenient. I booked a room with Helan mountain and river view , but they downgraded me with other room. They offer to give me another room in next day , but I am too lazy to change anymore. I also brought 2 set of breakfast, I am planning to get one set of breakfast to takeaway because I am a fussy eater, but they don’t let me pick the food that I like, ending up I have to throw them in the bin, because I don’t like the food that they pick. I feel so bad because I waste the food. I feel like I was being scam.

I enjoyed afternoon tea in the executive lounge, which offered beautiful views of the Yinchuan cityscape, including a large lake and well-planned, crisscrossing roads, all with immaculately maintained green belts. From my suite, I had a fantastic view of the distant Helan Mountains. Interestingly, the next day, while staying at the foot of the Helan Mountains, I could still spot the Marriott! Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable. After a day of rest, I felt completely refreshed. Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me, and I'll definitely be back!

As for the breakfast, I really enjoyed it. The flavors are more suited to northern Chinese tastes, with fewer Western options. The best part is the laundry room, which is really convenient. If I take the kids out for a walk or eat, I can wash their clothes right at home. Water is basically free; if you ask for it at the front desk, they'll bring it to you. The best part is the buckwheat pillows, which is a real bonus for people with cervical issues. The robot food delivery service is a favorite for the kids.

The future cabin design of the Mars base is great, with a smart toilet, plenty of hot water, Dyson hair dryer, L'Occitane toiletries, and a rich welcome fruit plate. We felt the power of the sandstorm and spent half of the time playing in the room. It was considered a bad stay haha. Fortunately, the wind stopped at night, and we watched two nights of bonfire parties in a row. The children liked it very much. When the wind stopped during the day, we took the time to go sandboarding. The children loved sandboarding so much. It was super fun. On the third day, it finally cleared up. We went to Tonghu Grassland Scenic Area to brush the project. It was still very cost-effective with a 50% discount. 150 per person, you can play four projects: horse riding, camel riding, surfing car, and motorcycle. The housekeeper Xiaodong took very thoughtful care and provided us with great convenience. He deserves a five-star praise.
